Race Class Bike Maraton UCI Marathon Series Jelenia Góra will be played in accordance with the UCI and PZKOL regulations. The race will be played as Polish Cup PZKOL in the marathon MTB. The Race belongs to scoring the UCI MTB Marathon Series UCI C3. 3. Participation 3.1. In the Bike Marathon UCI MTB Marathon Series Jelenia Gora can participate contestants with valid UCI license / UCI in 2016 at the age of 19 years and older, including contestants with licensed in Masters. The license must be presented Jury in the Race Office before the competition Filled-in and submitted electronically (application form is available from website until 8th September 2016, 12 am., application form is a condition for participation in the race. Late entries will be accepted after paying a fine of 100 Swiss francs. The deadline for filing passes 8th September 2016, 12 am All contestants shall obligatory start in hard helmets, according to the majoring safety standards Sports Directors of Teams shall obligatorily participate in technical briefing and acknowledge with the programme and statute of race before each race Condition of a contestant participation in the race is compliance with terms and conditions hereof and with UCI/PZKol sports regulations.

2 4. Race Office Race office will be located in Paulinum Park in Jelenia Góra, ul. Nowowiejska. Office is opened in days: - Friday, 9th September 4 pm. 9 pm. - Saturday, 10th September 8 am. 9 pm. - Sunday, 11th September 8 am. 10 am. 5. Trainings Labelled route Bike Maraton Jelenia Góra UCI MTB Marathon Series will be made available on 9th September 2016, at 5 pm. Training will take without medical support. The organizer is not responsibility for accidents contestant during training. 6. Classification 6.1 UCI MTB Marathon Series The first 40 contestants earn points for the ranking of the UCI MTB Marathon Series in accordance with UCI MTB Marathon Series regulations. 6.2 Polish Championship PZKOL in the marathon MTB Polish Championship PZKOL in the marathon MTB will be held in the categories: - Elite M, Elite W, U23 M, U23 W, Masters M, Masters W, Cyclosport M, Cyclosport W. - The first at the finish line competitor with license PZKOL awarded the title of Polish Champion in the MTB Marathon. Second and third competitor at the finish will receive the titles I and II Polish Vice Champions. (including contestants with a license Masters and contestants from the U23 category) - The first at the finish line competitor with license PZKOL from the U23 category awarded the title of Polish Champion in the MTB Marathon in category U23. Second and third competitor at the finish will receive the titles I and II Polish Vice Champions category U23. - The first at the finish line competitor with license PZKOL from the Masters category awarded the title of Polish Champion in the MTB Marathon in category Masters. Second and third competitor at the finish will receive the titles I and II Polish Vice Champions category Masters. - The first at the finish line competitor with license PZKOL from the Cyclosport category awarded the title of Polish Champion in the MTB Marathon in category Cyclosport. Second and third competitor at the finish will receive the titles I and II Polish Vice Champions category Cyclosport. 6.3 Championship Juniors Pzkol in the marathon MTB Polish Championship Juniors Pzkol in the marathon MTB will be held at a distance of MEGA Bike Marathon (approx. 58 km) The first at the finish line competitor with license PZKOL from the Junior category awarded the title of Polish Champion in the MTB Marathon in category Juniors. Second and third competitor at the finish will receive the titles I and II Polish Vice Champions category Juniors.

Awards In accordance with UCI MTB Marathon Series regulations financial rewardes will be received by the first 5 finishers. 1st place 200 2nd place 150 3rd place 100 4th place 75 5th place - 50 The first at the finish line competitors with license PZKOL awarded the title of Polish Champion in the MTB Marathon and T-shirt - Polish Champion in the MTB Marathon. Following the binding Polish financial law concerning statutory awards in money with value over 760 PLN, 10% flat tax will be deducted, according to art point 2 of Income Tax on Individuals Act on July 26, 1991 (Journal of Laws 2000, No. 14, item 176 as amended). Incurred tax will be settled by race Organizer in the relevant Inland Revenue Office. 8. Technical Feedback Technical feedback is allowed according to UCI and PZKol. regulations. Location and access to technical zone will appear on the to 11 August Adwards Ceremony Awards ceremonies will take place directly after the races and according to minute programme for race. Three best M and W contestants in classification UCI MTB Maraton Series and Polish Championships in the MTB marathon will be participat in awards ceremony. Contestants shall present themselves in sports clothing at podium. 10. Penalities UCI and PZKol. regulations are binding in terms of penalties. 11. Track Bike Marathon Jelenia Góra UCI MTB Marathon Series will be carried out on a circular route with start and finish in the Park Paulinum in Jelenia Góra. Parameters Track distance approx. 85 km, height difference - approx m Map and track profile will be published until 11th August. Parameters Junior Track - distance approx. 58 km, height difference - approx m 13. Finansing conditions Starting payment to Bike Marathon Jelenia Góra UCI MTB Marathon Series 60 PLN - pay a minimum of 10 days before launch day 80 PLN - payable to Thursday preceding the launch day 100 PLN - payable on the Friday before the launch day

5 ( the day of the start of the marathon, the charge made only in the Race Office on editing - only cash) 20 PLN - A one-time registration fee will be added to the first start (for the start number with chip) 20 PLN - entry fee for a new starting number (for eg. loss, damage of the previous) Entry fee do not apply to contestants with an active Bike Marathon pack for season in Entry fee do not apply UCI Team. Other costs, this is travel costs to the race, accommodation etc. shall be borne by contestants at own expanse. 15. Referee Council General Referee Tomasz Cichy Commissar 2 Krzysztof Dymek Other referees will be appointed by PZKOL Referee Committee in agreement with organizer. 16. Dope Testing UCI and PZKol. dope regulations are binding at time or race. Dope testing will take place in Paulinum Palace (about 200 m from race office). Final Provisions All matters not settled in this statute shall be adjudicated by General Referee in agreement with race Organizer. Any additional information/communicates will be published at board nearby Race Office contestants and carers shall obligatorily acknowledge with such information. Each participant takes part in the race at own risk.
