Changing your eating habits can be challenging and that is why we have created a complete, easy to follow, two week meal plan that delivers great taste and promotes heart health. By focusing your diet on eating smart, and practicing other healthy lifestyle habits, you help reduce the risk of heart disease. It includes a complete two week daily meal planner, developed by a Licensed and Registered Dietitian. It includes over wholesome, great-tasting SCHWAN S products, that when combined with a few grocery items, will provide you with 4 days of meals; designed for one person. It is easy to eat heart smart and still eat delicious with SCHWAN S products on the menu!
