Successful business management is characterized by successful personnel management, even when economic principles set by the competition are taken into account. Accordingly, awareness, knowledge and abilities concerning a socially acceptable, cost-conscious and adequate human resource allocation are to be conveyed to the students. Special emphasis is put on the arrangement, monitoring and development of projects. The average mark of the sub-s weighted with credits must be at least 4.0.
