6 Motivation & Objectives Getting ideas flying is challenging Successfully starting up an own business depends on a lot of aspects Knowledge and competences (subject domain, marketing, finance, legal aspects, ) Social Contacts and expert & stakeholders advices Resources (infrastructure, capital, ) Business Incubator (BI) is an institution to support young entrepreneurs providing services to fulfill these requirements are mainly local constricted, young entrepreneurs must be physically present [A. 8 Conventional E-Education Tools Knowledge and social interaction can be covered by conventional E-Education and other ICT tools Drawbacks Lack of multiple communication channels Lack of immersion Feeling of isolation Insufficient performance and drop-out rates Difficulties related to self-regulation [Guetl, 2011] Face-to-face meetings, seminars and trainings cannot be avoided to provide adequate and effective support 8

15 Conclusion & Future Work Acceptance issues: Make the whole thing a bit funny, so that people also like to use it. Technical issues: On the one hand users ask for improved graphics, on the other hand complain about the system requirements. Security issues: They suspect stealing of presented ideas and feel unconformable sharing business plans.
