BY MARINA PROFESSIONAL HAIR COLOUR An oxidation colour cream for the hair. A synergistic colouring system characterised by a complex of precious substances that guarantee perfect, stable and bright results and gentle action with extraordinary colour-fastness in total respect for the structure of the hair. BY MARINA has a perfect formula that combines three important technologies: 1.2 COLOUR TECHNOLOGY a combination of latestgeneration colouring substances of high purity (over 99% pure) and absolute reliability that provide: Exact tones; Total coverage of grey hair Stability over time; A wide range of tones 1.3 CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY balanced synergy between active elements: colourants, ammonium hydroxide (ammonia) and oxygen combined in a perfect formula, acting in total respect for the hair and guaranteeing the maximum integrity of its structure while providing intense, brilliant colours Total respect for the hair Colours that are stable and durable over time Uniform colours Brilliant and vivacious colours; Ammonium hydroxide (ammonia) Ammonium hydroxide is ammonia gas used in a water solution. The ammonia content of BY MARINA is one of the lowest on the market; it protects the hair fiber, which immediately appears healthier and shinier. The essential characteristic of the ammonia is that, due to its extreme volatility, it leaves no trace of its presence at the end of the chemical process. Given its slow, progressive action, the ammonia's catalyzing function is the foundation of colouring and bleaching applications Oxidizing cream OXICREAM BY MARINA This is a concentration of oxygen atoms in a gaseous state contained in a creamy solution. OXICREAM ByMarina oxidizing cream is stabilized and its ph is in the acid range (between 2 and 3). Its formula is enriched with very fine waxes that protect the structure of the hair during the product's chemical action, improving colour results and guaranteeing uniformity of colour and brilliance. OXICREAM oxidizing cream is available in four formulations chosen based on the objective to be achieved:

Choosing from volumes of 10, 20, 30 or 40 means adding different quantities of active oxygen atoms to the mixture. The oxygen allows BY MARINA colouring cream to perform the following actions: COLOURING ACTION: when the colourants come in contact with the oxygen, they create colour. LIGHTENING ACTION: the ammonium hydroxide (ammonia) in the product is a catalyst for the oxygenated water. Upon contact with the ammonia, OXICREAM quickly releases its oxygen atoms, which act on the natural melanin in the hair, lightening it. Magnesium Sulfate an inorganic substance that provides deep penetration and colour-fastness 2. COLOURING WITH BY MARINA: ANALYSIS This study analyses the way to obtain ideal results through a reasoned evaluation of the colouring treatment. We examine the various data involved seeking, in the physical characteristics of the hair and the chemical substances used in the BY MARINA formula, the right resources and, extracting from these parameters, the data for achieving the objective established.

These parameters are: 1. THE NATURAL COLOUR OF THE HAIR (Melanin) 2. GREY HAIR 3. BY MARINA COLOURING STRUCTURE 4. AMMONIA (Alkali) 5. OXICREAM OXIDIZING CREAM (Oxygenated water) 6. BY MARINA LIGHTENING POWER NATURAL HAIR COLOUR The natural colour of hair is classified on a chromatic scale whose tones are numbered from 1 to 10, starting from BLACK (the darkest colour) through to PLATINUM (the lightest colour) in decreasing order of the intensity of the colour THE STRUCTURE OF MELANIN AND THE CHROMATIC SCALE OF NATURAL HAIR Each natural tone has its own quantity of melanin that (concentrated in pigments) defines the colour it represents; this means that, going from the intermediate colour light brown towards very light blond, the melanin decreases becoming increasingly less concentrated, going from dark blond (red-orange), to blond and light blond (orange and yellow) and finally arriving at platinum (western colouring). Starting, always from light brown towards black, the melanin becomes denser, colour after colour going from brown (red), brown and black, doubling and even tripling its concentration (oriental colorings).

What we have said thus far allows us to establish two key points: THE GREATER THE CONCENTRATION THE LESSER THE CONCENTRATION THE DARKER THE COLOUR THE LIGHTER THE COLOUR GREY HAIR Grey hair is the complete absence of melanin pigment: this consequence is an appearance of the complete absence of colour. This total absence of colour means that grey hair is unable to create any type of contrast with other cosmetic colours applied to it: for this reason, we can say that grey hair behaves like a neutral colour and, thus, when it is coloured, it assumes the tone that is applied to it so long as the mixture contains a part of the colour of the natural series LET'S COMPARE THE TWO TYPES OF HAIR: NATURAL AND GREY Natural hair is physically different from grey, so it has to be handled differently. natural hair already has its own colour This, unlike grey hair, creates a contrast with the cosmetic colour applied. So, we can say that, when coloured, natural hair is not coloured with respect to the tone applied, but the tonality already existing in the hair alters the result, if not neutralized. To solve this problem, it is, therefore, necessary to use the appropriate techniques to put the hair in the ideal conditions to obtain the desired color. it is necessary to change the natural colour to replace it with the cosmetic colour; it is necessary to make it slightly lighter than the target colour so that it doesn't contrast with it in the result Grey hair, on the other hand, must be changed to make it as similar as possible to the colour to be applied to it.

3 THE STRUCTURE OF BY MARINA COLOURS The colour tones of the line are formulated to provide brilliant, natural colours thanks to the maximum purity of the colouring substances used that, combined with exclusive pigments of the highest quality (over 99% natural), provide perfect coverage of grey hair and precise tones that guarantee that the colour will last longer. Colouring Substances = Pigments The colouring substance is the Cosmetic Pigment. The various concentrations of the various cosmetic pigments in a colouring treatment determine: The level of colour Hair colour reflects. The BY MARINA line is available in 81 tones: 73 basic tones 5 super-lighteners 3 intensifiers/correctors All the tones can be mixed with each other to obtain an unlimited range of colours THE ORDERING SYSTEM AND THE BY MARINA COLOUR CHART It is very difficult to describe colours in words because we all imagine each single colour in a different way. For example, let's take red. Given its numberless variations, even if we tried to find the most exact description possible, we would never be entirely clear: not everyone understands Titian Red, Copper Red or Mahogany Red in the same way. To better define the various shades of cosmetic colours it is important to have a simple, logical system that provides a perfect description of the level of colour and its reflect. The system adopted by VISION COSMETIC to correctly indicate each colour is extremely simple because it assigns an identification code to each element that forms it that eliminates any possibility of misunderstanding.

First of all, the system considers that each color can be broken down into: 1. Level of colour 2. Dominant hair colour reflect. 3. Secondary hair colour reflect. THE COLOURS BY MARINA tones are divided into SERIES of defined colours: Natural, Intense Natural, Natural Ash, Ash, Gold, Brown, Intense Gold, Intense Golden Copper, Golden Copper, Golden Mahogany, Copper, Intense Copper, Red, Intense Red, Golden Mahogany, Brown (chocolate), Mahogany, Violet. 4. THE OXIDIZING CREAM OXICREAM BY MARINA As we said above, OXICREAM By Marina oxidizing cream generates highly-stabilised oxygen with a ph that ranges from 2 to 3. This value guarantees the stability of the product over time. OXICREAM By Marina oxidizing cream is available in four formulations chosen based on the objective to be achieved: Choosing the oxidizing cream OXICREAM BY MARINA CREAM 10-volume formula (3%) 1: volume formula (6%) 1: volume formula (9%) 1: volume formula (12%) 1:1.5 SUPER-LIGHTENERS 40-volume formula 1:2 ACTION ON THE HAIR For covering grey hair and tone-on-tone colouring of darker tones For covering grey hair and lightening 1 tone For covering grey hair and lightening 2 tones For covering grey hair and lightening 3 tones For lightening more than 4 tones OXICREAM By Marina oxidizing cream allows BY MARINA colourant to perform the following actions: COLOURING ACTION: when the colourants come in contact with the oxygen, they create colour LIGHTENING ACTION: in this case, the ammonium hydroxide (ammonia) in the product is a catalyst for the oxygenated water. Upon contact with the ammonia, the oxygenated water quickly releases its oxygen atoms, which act on the natural melanin in the hair, lightening it.

5. BY MARINA COLOUR'S LIGHTENING POWER The lightening power of BY MARINA is designed to act on the melanin. BY MARINA colours greater or lesser colouring power comes from the combination of OXICREAM By Marina oxidizing cream and ammonia (ammonium hydroxide): by varying the oxygen volumes of 10, 20, 30 and 40, you obtain different lightening strengths and each one of these will eliminate the quantity of melanin within the power of the chemical combination selected (Oxygen Volume and Ammonia); meaning, it is always necessary to carefully assess the colour of the hair (foundation colour) and relate it to the result you want to achieve, by establishing the level of tones to lighten and the choice of the volume of oxidizing cream to use. In cases where the necessary lightening goes beyond the lightening power of BY MARINA, you must first perform a preliminary pre lightening process THE MIXTURE BY MARINA is packaged in 100-ml tubes. The 81 basic tones (excluding super lighteners and intensifiers) are formulated for high colouring power. Each BY MARINA colour tone is in perfect balance when the right amount of Oxicream By Marina is added; the amount determined by the chemical formula. The BY MARINA colouring cream is mixed with the OXICREAM By Marina oxidizing cream at 10 (3%), 20 (6%), 30 (9%) and 40 (12%) volume, depending on the type of service (depositing or depositing/lightening), in the ratio 1:1.5 e.g. 50g By Marina colour + 75g Oxicream By Marina THE SUPER-LIGHTENERS are mixed with the Oxicream By Marina oxidizing cream at 40 (12%) volume in the ratio 1:2 50g SUPER-LIGHTENER + 100g 40 volume OXICREAM BY MARINA

BY MARINA COLOUR, while simple to use, demands a precise working method that makes the product reliable, versatile and a truly professional tool Application Divide the hair in the traditional 4 sections. As a function of the mechanism that determines the creation of the cosmetic colour, By Marina colour cream must be mixed and applied without delay to avoid the oxidation process (the expansion of the artificial pigments) occurring in the bowl in which the mixture is prepared. During application, every gesture has a precise meaning; a few tips are sufficient for obtaining an excellent result: Fine sections; The cream must be applied carefully; The brush must not touch the skin but only the hair; The layer of product to be applied to the hair must be the quantity necessary as a function of the desired result. Distribute the BY MARINA colour cream on the part to be coloured in an ideal layer; For tone-on-tone colouring and darker tones, begin application from the greyer parts (front part); For lightening colours, begin the application from the more resistant parts as the melanin is more concentrated (back part). 6.2 Processing time An appropriate processing time is needed depending on the type of service you are performing. Follow the instructions in the table below: TYPE OF RESULT: VOLUM OXICREAM PROCESSING TIME Cover grey hair 30 minutes Colour tone-on-tone Colour darker tones Oxicream 10/20 volume Lighten by 1 level Oxicream 20 volume 35 minutes Lighten by 2 levels Lighten by 3 levels Lighten by 4 and more (Super-lighteners) Oxicream 30 volume Oxicream 40 volume Oxicream 40 volume (1:2) 40 minutes 45 minutes 55 minutes The processing time can be reduced by 50% with the use of heat source. In the case of the super-lighteners, we recommend that you avoid any source of heat so as not to cause irritation.

6.3 Colour Removal: Removing the colour at the end of the processing time is an operation that requires a great deal of care and attention by the operator so as not to run into problems such as: Fixing the colour in the area of the front hairline; Leaving colour residues on the skin and hair; Causing annoying skin irritations. The ideal wash that we indicate with BY MARINA is for neutralising any problems and is based on three important moments: 1 st Emulsify the colour on the hair, taking care to remove it from the hairline and avoiding massaging the skin so as not to cause irritation. In this step, it is important that you don't use water: To act on the colour deposited in the areas of the hairline and the skin, the washing part of the product must remain concentrated. Otherwise, using water immediately dilutes the washing activity preventing a perfect detergent action. In this case, the colour will remain fixed on the skin and will be difficult to remove. 2nd Begin to pour small quantities of water, while continuing to gently massage the skin and hair so that the self-washing power of the product can exercise its full effect. Rinse until the product is totally removed from the skin and hair. 3rd Use a towel to damp dry the excess water and then apply the "AFTER COLOUR" shampoo to remove alkaline and oxygen residues. Rinse and damp dry Post-colouring treatment BY MARINA After colouring, it is a good idea to use a "preventative/restorative" product to protect the hair and allow the hairstyling professional to effectively restore the physiological balance of the skin and hair. 7. COLOR SERVICE IN THE SALON: Colouring the hair can mean: a. colouring the hair with a tone that is darker than the starting colour (colour of the hair); b. colouring the hair with the same colour level as the starting colour; c. colouring the hair to a lighter colour than the starting colour. THE RULES for managing BY MARINA. To minimize errors and guarantee success colouring with BY MARINA, you must learn the rules and follow them during the entire colouring process. ESTABLISH THE OBJECTIVE (the result); ESTABLISH THE COLOUR OF THE HAIR (foundation colour) ESTABLISH WHETHER THE HAIR IS NATURAL OR ALREADY DYED; ESTABLISH WHETHER YOU MUST LIGHTEN OR DARKEN WITH RESPECT TO THE FOUNDATION COLOUR; DEFINE HOW MANY TONES IT IS NECESSARY TO LIGHTEN; DEFINE HOW MANY TONES IT IS NECESSARY TO DARKEN. The colour of the hair (starting colour) has significant importance and has a decisive influence on the final result, depending on the type of operation that you are getting ready to perform. The most frequent colouring situations in the salon are: 1) coverage of grey hair; 2) changing the colour of hair that has never been coloured; 3) changing the colour of coloured hair;

4) changing the hair colour reflect COVERAGE OF GREY HAIR BY MARINA: the colour series for covering grey hair! The BY MARINA line of colours has two series of tones specifically for covering grey hair: the Natural series is formulated to create the desired cosmetic tonalities (colour level); therefore, the total coverage of grey hair. Its colouring is neutral and combines with all hair colour reflects; so it is ideal for all colouring whose objective is to cover the hair: maximum intensity of coverage total respect for the desired hair colour reflects The recommended mixture for optimizing the coverage of grey hair while protecting the highlights: Natural Tone Fashion Tone 50% 50% If you desire a result that favors the fashion tone, the percentages change in favor of the fashion tone, considering that the colour result will be more transparent. If you want more compact coverage, the percentages change in favor of the natural, considering that the result will appear duller than the tone applied. Clarification The percentage of BY MARINA of the Natural / Intense Natural series added to the mixture is not the exclusive element for covering grey hair (because all the tones of the BY MARINA line cover grey hair); but its presence is indispensable for optimizing the exact definition of the colour level on grey hair. In fact, it is easy to verify that, if you apply a tone with reflect to grey hair without using the Natural series tones, at the end of the oxidation process the results on the two types of hair (grey and natural) will be different HIGH CONCENTRATION OF GREY HAIR IN FRONT Pre-pigmentation is the technical term for the preliminary treatment of grey hair to prepare it for colouring. This operation is necessary on the grey hairline, where it is difficult to obtain a uniform cosmetic colour. Pre-pigmentation has two important effects on the hair: Pre Softening the structure of the hair: the product's alkalinity opens the scales of the hair. Depositing colouring substances on grey hair to modify the grey with a light colouration. THE PROCEDURE Use the pure colourant product (not diluted with oxygen) from 1 to 2 tones lighter than the established result, applying it on the parts of most exposed parts of the hair (hairline), and massaging it in the hair while avoiding touching the skin. Do not rinse. This operation must precede the application of the final colour by at least 10 minutes. THE BY MARINA TONES SUITABLE FOR PRE-PIGMENTATION ARE ALL THOSE WITH WARM REFLECTS (3, 33, 43, 46, 63, 64, 66).

7.3 - CHANGING THE COLOUR OF HAIR THAT HAS NEVER BEEN COLOURED; If you want to change the colour of hair that has never been coloured, in addition to assessing the two elements (natural colour - target colour), it is necessary to consider a third element: the length of the hair. This element should not be undervalued, especially when the result (objective) requires the lightening of the natural colour; the reason has to do with the structure of long hair which, in its turn, creates two conditions that should not be overlooked: 1. the loss of heat due to the length. At the skin, the temperature of the hair is about 32 degrees (root area); it gradually decreases with the length and can reach room temperature (18-20 degrees). 2. the keratinization of long hair. Hair primarily consists of keratin and, as the matrix (keratocytes) is formed and overlaps, the hair lengthens. During this process, keratinization occurs, which is the consolidation of the structure of the hair. So, if this structure is not modified by external elements, it will increasingly resist chemical products in the direction of the length and towards the ends. These conditions lead to several difficult consequences. The product encounters non-uniform temperatures and a different structural resistance at the root and the ends that prevent it from acting as it should. As a consequence, the result may not be homogeneous (the root is always lighter than the ends). The paragraphs that follow will explain how to overcome this problem Tone-on-tone and darker tones To colour hair that has never been coloured with BY MARINA to a darker tone or tone-on-tone, the choice has to do with the desired tone and the oxygen-stabilized water at 10 or 20 volume, as suggested by the lightening indicator. After carefully mixing BY MARINA Colour with the Oxicream By Marina, you proceed by applying the colouring cream to the hair at the roots and ends and allow it to process for 30 minutes. After this time, rinse and apply any post-colour treatments Lightening natural, never coloured, hair by one or more tones When the cosmetic colouring must achieve a tone that is 1, 2 or 3 tones lighter than the hair's natural colour, you can encounter "chemical-physical" problems created by the hair itself. In fact, in the case of hair that is more than five centimeters long, the roots can be lighter than the ends if the correct technique is not used. BY MARINA overcomes these difficulties easily by acting on the lengths and points with an initial mixture and using oxygen with higher volume than will be used afterwards on the roots. (For example, if the roots require using 30 volume oxygen then the mid lengths and ends of that hair will require using 40 volume) Lightening natural, never coloured, hair by more than four tones (Virgin Hair) If you need to achieve very light tones by lightening the hair more than four tones, it is, first of all, necessary to de colour the hair to achieve the ideal foundation colour for the colour to be created; you, then, re colour the hair with the corresponding cosmetic colour, both in terms of colour level and reflect, to the desired colour CHANGING THE COLOUR OF COLOURED HAIR; First of all, keep in mind that colours and oxidizing products like BY MARINA cannot be used to lighten (de colour) hair that is already coloured (colour cannot eliminate colour!). To achieve a lighter colour, you must first remove the preceding colour. This type of intervention (technically called "DE COLOURING") removes cosmetic tones and creates a lighter level than the cosmetic tone that will be applied. This allows you to achieve the established colour as the final result. The new foundation colour will allow achieving the target colour.

8.1 - CHANGING THE REFLECT; This subject is always somewhat complex even for professionals. Let's discuss the steps trying to be as clear as possible. Proceed as follows when you want to change the reflect of the hair with BY MARINA without changing the colour level of the foundation colour: First, you must establish the colour that is already present in the hair and whether or not it will allow you to go directly from the existing situation to the desired one. The answer will tell you the type of application to do: a. Direct distribution of the cosmetic colour with the new reflect; b. Distribution after a de colouring wash. a) Direct distribution If the reflect we call warm can go directly from less intense to more intense with just the application of the desired color: from natural to gold, copper, red or violet red from gold to copper, red or violet red from copper to red or violet red. b) Distribution after a de colouring wash. Going in the reverse direction is a different situation: from more intense to less intense (from red to copper, to gold, etc.). This type of change always involves a preparatory step, with a de colouring wash that is needed to change the intensity of the existing reflect of the hair and replace it with a new one THE DE COLOURING WASH eliminates all the colour interference on the hair: Changing the reflect from WARM to COLD and vice versa. To eliminate unwanted reflect from the hair. OBJECTIVE Too much colour Unwanted reflect Lightening 1-2 tones Lightening 3-4 tones TYPE OF DECOLORING De colouring Wash De Colouring Powder + 10 ml of Clarifying shampoo + 1:1.5 of Oxicream 10 volume De colouring Powder + Oxicream 1: volume De colouring Powder + Oxicream volume 1:2 PROCESSING TIME HOW TO PROCEED 5-10 minutes Apply at the basin like a shampoo minutes Apply to the ends and lengths first and the roots last minutes Apply to the ends and lengths first and the roots last

9 - RE-COLOURING (Filling) Introduction Each operator can of course, on the basis of their own personal knowledge, adopt the product in a personalised way, though always suitable for obtaining the results.. DARKENING hair where there is a difference between the existing hair colour and the target colour(result) of more than two tones always requires RE-COLOURING before applying the desired colour, in order to achieve a satisfactory result. Re-colouring cosmetically reconstructs the hair pigment lost due to natural or artificial causes (atmospheric factors, lightening, decolouring, super bleach, etc.). 1 For re-colouring, warm colours must always be used (gold, copper and reds): the intensity must be assessed with each individual case. 2 The intensity of the gold/copper/red must be decided according to the required colour intensity and residual colour existing on the hair. 3 It can be done both using ready-pigmentation colours and oxidisation colours. 4 The ready-pigmentation colours (temporary and semi-permanent) can be used neat or diluted with water, depending on the recovery requirements to be obtained. 5 The resistance of this formula is limited to the type of colour used. 6 Oxidisation colours (intermediate) must always be diluted with oxygen at low volumes (10 olume) in the mix ratio 1: 2 (1 part of By Marina colour + 2 parts Oxicream). N.B. The resistance of this formula is to be considered in the permanent colour values. The intensity of the re-colouring colour must be assessed case by case (normally same colour as result). In the case of more porous hair, we recommend using a lighter colour. Here at By Marina, we colour and re-colour using the same By Marina" colour. By Marina is a cosmetic colour based on a composition of total oxidisation colouring substances (intermediate). This means that to develop its colours, it must always be mixed with Oxicream, the By Marina oxidising cream (10, 20, 30 and 40 volumes depending on the type of colour). The reconstruction colour for re-colouring (filling) the hair can be identified by referring to the chart below. Practical example: Desired level: Dark Blond (6); Colour on hair (background colour): Gold Light Blonde (8.3); The colour you want to achieve has a dark blonde tone (6) (Melanin concentration to be reconstructed: orange - yellow). The tone to be used for re-colouring must create Copper or Copper/Gold (orange/yellow) as background colour. The reconstruction of Copper or Copper/Gold (orange/yellow) on light blonde gold hair permits

having a background colour similar to that of natural hair. This will permit successfully obtaining the desired colour: Natural Blonde hair (6). To obtain results with COPPER, RED and MAHOGANY reflects, you must replace the tone indicated in the chart with the one that respects the result: Copper for Copper, Red for Red and Mahogany RE-COLOURING (Filler) GUIDE CHART TARGET LEVEL 1 Black To 4 Medium Chestnut 5 Light Chestnut EXISTING COLOUR LEVEL TO BE DARKENED Level 7 BLONDE Level 8 LIGHT BLONDE Level 9 V.LIGHT BLONDE Level 10 PLATINUM BLONDE Dark Blonde Medium Blonde Light Blonde 8.34 HOW TO: TOTAL COLOUR RECONSTRUCTION 1. RE-COLOURING Roots, length and ends before applying the target cosmetic colour. Apply the colour chosen from the By Marina Re-Colour Filler Guide chart. Preparation: * By Marina tone for re-colouring + * 10volume Oxicream 1:2 * Processing time: 15 minutes.

2. COLOURING Apply the target cosmetic colour all over the hair and process for 30 minutes. Preparation: * By Marina target tone+ * 10volume Oxicream 1:1.5 * Processing time: 30 minutes. N.B. 5 to10 minutes before the end of the colour process time, massage roots, lengths and ends (without adding water) to achieve colour uniformity between filler and target colour. REGROWTH COLOUR with TOTAL COLOUR RECONSTRUCTION COLOURING (re-growth) Preparation: 1. By Marina (target tone) + 2. Oxicream 10, 20, 30, 40 volume according to natural tones to be lightened 3. Formula mix: 1: Processing time: according to Oxicream volume used Application: Apply the target cosmetic colour on the re-growth. The Oxidising cream used must have the volume needed to develop the required lightening and colouring. After the first 10 minutes of processing time: prepare the By Marina tone to re-colour the lengths and ends. 2. RE-COLOURING (mid-length to ends) Apply the By Marina re-colour (filler) tone following the Re-Colour Filler guide chart to lightened area to be darkened in same procedure as Total Colour Reconstruction guide. 3. COLOURING Apply the By Marina target tone, mixed 1: volume Oxicream over the filler. The processing time for the entire service must be within the application time established for the regrowth colouring time. When the filling and colouring process time is more than the re growth processing time it is advisable to start with applying the filler

Refreshing Slight Colour Loss When the cosmetic colouring of the hair shows only a slight loss of original colouring (one tone at most), apply ends colour 5 to 10 minutes before the total processing time. In order to match the colour from roots to ends use only the reflect tone colour on mid lengths to ends. Emulsifying the roots mixture with the rest of the hair can result in a flatter and less vibrant colour result. This operation, to achieve a better end effect, can be supported using a small quantity of intensifier (copper or red) in the emulsion, with the addition of hot water to make product distribution easier. Mix ratio: 1 part By Marina colour: 2 part Oxicream 10volume Processing time: 5 to 10 minutes. At the end of the processing time, rinse carefully and follow with subsequent treatments for the physiological rebalancing of the scalp and hair. I.e. Shampoo and Treatment. What you always need to know. For correct chemical development, the ph of By Marina must always be alkaline. The alkaline value is important in cosmetic colouring because this is the element which permits opening the hair scales and gives free access to the various active substances contained in the colouring product, so these enter the hair structure. The alkaline value, whatever it is, must be moderate. It is in fact enough, in the colouring cream + Oxicream mix, for the Alkaline ph (10.3 ph) of the colouring cream mixed with the Acid ph (3 ph) of Oxicream to be at a moderate value of 9.8 ph ideal for the stressed hair on which we apply first of all the colouring emulsion for re-colouring and then the colouring emulsion to achieve the desired result (By Marina + Oxicream). The alkaline ph of the colouring cream can only be reduced using Oxicream. No results can be achieved using water with its 7.2 ph (neutral) The oxidization colouring substance is an intermediate substance made up of low-weight molecules which can penetrate inside the hair s cuticle layer creating longer re-colouring fastness and longevity of colour. To execute re-colouring using the oxidization colours placed at disposal by By Marina, the procedure must be performed according to the instructions provided which are not based on personal methods but on the chemical/physical principles of the substances and their reactions to the hair.

CONCLUSION This study has attempted to provide the best possible technical-professional information about oxidation colour treatments and the characteristics and use of BY MARINA. We wish to assure every hairstylist that BY MARINA is a high-technology product that will certainly provide great professional satisfaction.
