The tournament will be played on a knock out system. Competitors must be prepared to play at the times determined for the events for which they have entered. Competitors will be scratched if not ready to play when called. Prize Money $ IMPORTANT: during the Ceremony winners will receive the letter of proof of the prize money. After the Ceremony winners must fill up a form at the Tournament s Office at the sport hall, bringing a copy of the passport, personal and Bank details, and the letter of proof of the prize won. Medical Service A Doctor is always on duty in the hall during the tournament. A Physio is also available for players during the matches. Stringing Service In the sport hall every day. 3 I NFORMATION Entry fees The entry fee must be paid not later than December 7 by money transfer. Local transport The hotels are well connected to the Sport Hall therefore the organization will provide transfer (round trip) between the official hotels and the Sport Hall. From Belvedere Hotel to the Sport Hall: take the train (about 6 min walk)at Lido di Ostia Centro direction Cristoforo Colombo ; get off at Castel Fusano Station (2 stops, about 5 min ride).
