1 SCHEDA TECNICA FRACASSO Technical specifications For both versions: short outdoor version (30 min) and long indoor version (60 min) STAGE / PERFORMING SPACE Dimensions Width: 10m (between legs) Depth: 8m (from blaster line to backdrop) Minimum Height Clearance: 4m Please note that we can adapt to smaller spaces if given notice. If the stage is small, please ensure the public is at least a meter away from the stage. SET We require 9 identical armless chairs with backs, preferably dark wooden. Ideally not too modern; the older the better. PROPS The producer will provide, per show: A set of old-fashioned and kitsch crockery consisting of at least: 2 large teapots 2 large vases or jugs 14 large plates 14 sets (cups and saucers) 4 smaller items (milk jugs, sugar bowls, vases, etc) Crockery is usually purchased at charity shops and a set shouldn't exceed 25 or 30 euros 80 red apples Type: Royal Gala or similar Size: imperatively between mm in diameter The cost should not exceed 20 or 25 euros One bunch of flowers to be displayed in a vase One newspaper During the show, apples and crockery will be broken. Therefore the stage needs to be cleared and cleaned after each show. The company is happy to help if full cleaning equipment is provided as per the list below:

2 CLEANING EQUIPMENT LIST 4 big brushes: strong, wooden handle, firm bristles 2 large dust pan and brushes: heavy duty rather than domestic - light bristles will bend too quickly 4 large mops and buckets (please refer to the photo below) A stack of heavy duty cloths AJAX cleaning solution (please refer to the photo below) Specific requirements for short outdoor version (30 min) Set-up: 2 hours with sound operator Technical crew: 1 sound operator Sound: Professional sound system adapted to the size of the audience complete with an Auto-Cue CD player and monitors if the main speakers are in front of the stage. Backdrop: Should be black. On natural or historical settings, Smashed can be performed without a backdrop. Weather: The producer should be aware that Smashed could be performed in a drizzle but not in heavy rain. Windy conditions, however, are not a problem. Floor: The floor should be hard and flat for the outdoor version. No pavers, no grass please. Specific requirements for long indoor version (60 min) STAGE REQUIREMENTS Seating: frontal Floor: black dance floor with Marley tape Backdrop: black The wings and crossover should be blue lighted SOUND REQUIREMENTS PA: Professional quality stereo sound system (with full range speakers and separate sub-bass speakers) with power suited to the venue. The system must be in perfect working condition at load-in time. Monitors: Sidefills / 2 monitors down-stage left and right Communication: A full intercom system, containing at least three headsets for communication between stage, light control and the house manager controlling the entrance of the audience LIGHTING SPECIFICATIONS The Lighting Console should be an appropriate theatre lighting desk. The console of choice is from the ETC Eos family (Eos, Gio, Ion, Element) as this is what the show ha s been programmed on. If necessary a show file conversion can be done to accommodate Strand 500 Series consoles. Please let us know the details of the console that will be provided so that necessary arrangements can be made to make sure the show file works on arrival. Please supply necessary gels for the rig as per lighting plan for your venue, the general colours are: #55 Lilac #33 No Colour Pink #79 Bright Blue #26 Light Red #30 Light Salmon Pink L200 Double CT Blue L201 Full CT Blue L200 Half CT Blue In addition, please supply cuts of #119 (Light Hamburg Frost) and #132 (Quarter Hamburg frost) for all profiles.

3 CREW REQUIREMENT One light technician, with full knowledge of the venue s lighting system One stage technician must be present during the load in One sound technician to be present from until the end of the show Show is run by the company s operator SCHEDULES It would be greatly appreciated if all the lights could be pre-hung, rough focused, filtered and patched, black linoleum floor laid and set ready prior to company s arrival. Please note the performers are participating in the load-in. Full Schedule for First Day of Performance (based on a performance starting at 20.00): Light set-up, focusing lights Lunch Sound set-up. Stage and light adjustments Lighting and sound cues & space set up with set Spacing, rehearsing with sound, light and set Performers getting ready House opens Performance For extra dates, the performers are to be on stage 4 hours before the show. Only the running crew is required. Strike Schedule: times are approximate. Final schedule will be confirmed with the company. Light strike 1 hour One light technician, provided by the venue Stage strike 30 min One stagehand, provided by the venue A stage director / technical director must be present during all working hours. 5 Artistic rider MEALS Many of the performers are vegetarians/ vegan (no meat, eggs, dairy products and all other animal-derived ingredients). Please provide full balanced meals accordingly. DRESSING ROOMS Ideally, the producer shall provide three private dressing rooms equipped with: Private bathroom One large table and chairs One large mirror One ironing board One iron Soap, paper tissues and toilet paper Nine small towels Drinking water The company dressing rooms should be delivered to the company upon arrival and the keys of the dressing rooms should be handed out to the artistic directors upon arrival. If the dressing rooms are not lockable, the producer guarantees the safety for the personal belongings of the company. ACCOMMODATION Unless otherwise agreed with the company, the producer shall provide accommodation for the nine performers and the crew: 1 double room with double bed 9 single rooms for performers / tech director / company manager
