2 PAYMENT SCHEDULE $750 Deposit Due Upon Booking. 50% of estimated cost Due 180 Days prior to event. 75% of estimated cost Due 90 Days prior to event. Full Payment 14 Days prior to event MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING If it hasn t already happened, arrange for the in-laws to meet. Determine what sort of wedding ceremony and reception you wish to have (i.e. formal, casual, beach, garden etc). This will help you theme. Determine an approximate number of guests. Choose and book an officiant. Confirm your ceremony location and pay a deposit. Choose and order your wedding gown. Choose and book your videographer. Choose your function menu style MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING Find and buy a wedding planner for receipts and confirmations. Begin your guest list. Ask your parents for their list. Select your bridal party and ask each person if they will do the honours. Meet your officiant to discuss the ceremony. Choose your decorator, if you have any questions we can provide you with a portfolio of works. Choose your ceremony and reception entertainment. If you are planning an outdoor ceremony, decide if you would like a wet weather option and book this in. Contact us if you are interested in using our courtyard! Decide on a Gift Registry, wishing well or charitable donation in place of wedding gifts. Set up your Gift Registry. Be sure to include all price ranges to ensure guests can purchase a wedding present regardless of how big or small their budget may be. Select the colour scheme for your wedding. You will need this before choosing decorations or bridal party attire. Talk to your decorator for inspiration.

3 6-8 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING Choose and book your reception entertainment. Choose and book your ceremony entertainment. Choose and order bridesmaids attire, involve all bridesmaids. Choose and order the attire for any junior attendants allowing for any possible growth. Choose formal wear for groom and groomsmen, fittings and hire. Meet with and book florist. Decide what flowers you require and what style you would like. Choose your wedding cake and order it. Don t forget this is included in your package. Search for affordable accommodation near by and hold the rooms for out of town guests. See our website for a list of suppliers. Send out Save the Date cards, especially if you have many interstate or overseas guests. Start thinking about the designs and wording of your invitations. Try to involve all parents in the wording. Start thinking about honeymoon locations. Look into visas, passports and vaccinations if traveling overseas. 4-5 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING Finalise your guest list. Finalise menu and organise a tasting. Staying in a hotel on your wedding night? Make a reservation now. Finalise wording for all stationary and order it. Order wedding rings. Select gifts for each other. Select gifts for bridal party. Choose hairdresser and book for your trial as well as the wedding day. Choose make-up artist and book trial and wedding day. Hire vehicles for the bridal party. Finalise ceremony arrangements with officiant, including license. Book day before activities for bridal parties. Ask us about our wedding party golf packages! 2-3 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING Choose and purchase bridal accessories - veil, headpiece, jewellery, lingerie and shoes. Choose and buy grooms accessories - shoes, cuff links etc. Choose bridal party accessories - jewellery is an excellent gift. If you are intending to try new beauty services - do a test run to avoid any nasty wedding surprises. This goes for tanning too. Pick up your invitations and start addressing them. Confirm bridesmaids dresses and shoes. Have bridal party try these on. Decide what favours you would like and make or order them. Ask special guests to do readings or take part in the ceremony. Choose a Master of Ceremonies. Choose music for your ceremony and reception. Talk to the maid of honour and best man about the hens / bucks parties and any bridal showers. They will need a list with names and addresses of who you would like to attend. Hold your hair and make-up trials. Try to ensure they are on the same day and don t forget to take your veil and headpiece. Also, while you are looking fabulous, ensure you ve got a great night out booked! Purchase anything required for the honeymoon, including tickets and lingerie. Confirm fittings and delivery date of your dress. Work out wedding day times before you need to confirm bookings. 6-8 WEEKS BEFORE WEDDING Decide on vows and readings for the ceremony. Write your ceremony program. Send out invitations 8 weeks before the wedding. Add more gifts to your registry, if required. Have your final gown fitting and confirm when the dress is to be picked up. Arrange a babysitter or entertainment for the kids at reception. We can help you with childcare staff or a jumping castle! Confirm honeymoon reservations. Book in to have your nails done professionally two days before the wedding. You may want to ask your bridesmaids to join you.

4 3-4 WEEKS BEFORE WEDDING Any beauty routines that you are still to do, do them now, facials or teeth whitening etc. Decide your something old, something new, something borrowed & something blue. Send out invitations 8 weeks before the wedding. A few days before you need to confirm final numbers at the Mollymook Golf Club, call all guests who haven t RSVP d to check they are not coming. Confirm all reception details including menus and numbers. Advise us of your seating arrangements for all guests. Name your place cards. If you are having one, organise your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Contact everyone in the bridal party and double check that they know exactly what is required of them leading up to and on the day. Ensure they are familiar with times. Finalise your ceremony structure with your officiant. You will need to let them know the vows and readings you have chosen. Pick up wedding rings and check their sizes. Pick up your wedding dress, and store it carefully where no harm can come to it. If you are going away, check the condition of your luggage. 1 WEEK BEFORE WEDDING Confirm your ceremony entertainment including music choices. Confirm reception entertainment including choices. Confirm any party hire. Double-check you have all the accessories you need, such as jewellery, shoes, veil, tiara, lingerie, extra pair of stockings, garter, your something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue. Prepare your wedding speech and thank yous. Plan the night before the wedding. Who will stay where? Have your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, confirm your ceremony details with your officiant. Confirm your ceremony location booking, including times. Confirm flowers, delivery times and locations with florist. Confirm cake orders, delivery times and locations with cake baker. Confirm photographer time and locations.

5 1 WEEK BEFORE WEDDING CONTINTUED Confirm any decorations or specialty items that you have booked. Confirm favours, number and delivery details. Confirm transport times to the ceremony, photo locations, reception location and leaving the reception. Confirm hairdresser booking, both time and number of people. Confirm makeup artist, both time and number of people. Confirm nail treatments (if required). Confirm formal wear hire. Confirm wedding night accommodation. Confirm MC. Confirm with any guests who are doing readings or participating in the ceremony. Confirm with any guests who are doing speeches at the reception. Confirm honeymoon arrangements. Pack for your wedding night. Pack for your honeymoon. 1 WEEK BEFORE WEDDING CONTINTUED Arrange refreshments and food for the bridal party before the ceremony and for during the day. Have your hens and bucks parties. The groom should have a haircut now. Leave a copy of your honeymoon itinerary with someone. Organise cash for anything that is to be paid on the day and enlist a trusted person to make any payment on the day. 1 DAY BEFORE WEDDING Pack car for honeymoon (including your passport and credit cards if you are traveling). Organise someone to transport wedding accessories. Organise someone to return any hired equipment. Pickup formal wear the day before wedding. Re-confirm the wedding day schedule with wedding party. Gather together everything you will require to get ready on the big day and take it with you to wherever you will be getting ready. Drop off anything required to the reception venue (favours etc). Place name cards on tables - so you can see where people are seated. Organise with the restaurant to book dinner for the night before event, as well as organise an informal meet and greet with the team. Check that all formal wear has arrived and is the right size. Have your guests sign into the club. AFTER THE WEDDING Check that all wedding bills have been paid in full. Within two months write your thank you letters. Ensure that all formal wear is returned. You ll probably have received some proofs of your precious wedding photos by now from your photographer. Start thinking about printing and framing them for display. Take your gown and veil to be cleaned and stored. If you wish to have your wedding bouquet preserved, take it to be done. Send your function coordinator some pics of your big day - we would love to see how much fun you had!
