PC does not meet minimum HD available space requirements Open Windows, right Click Computer and select Properties Select Device Manager and double click on Display Adapters Does the PC have at least 1 graphics card installed? Go to Step 7 complete PC does not meet minimum graphics card requirements 6

3 Right click on first graphics card shown in the Display Go to Step 8 Go to Step 9 adapters list and select Properties Select Driver tab Is it an AMD graphics card? 7

4 Check AMD support website for the latest SW driver Trouble shooting Go to step 12 version Enter your PC info like the one below, download latest version and upgrade the graphics card SW. Did it install successfully or latest SW already installed? PC should be ready for 3DSPRINT installation. 8

5 Is it an Intel graphics card? Go to step 10 Go to step 10 9

6 Check Intel support website for the latest SW driver Trouble shooting Go to step 12 version Enter your PC info like the one below, download latest version and upgrade the graphics card SW. Did it install successfully or latest SW already installed? PC should be ready for 3DSPRINT installation. 10

8 Check NVidia support website for the latest SW driver Trouble shooting Go to step 13 version n-us Enter your PC info like the one below, download latest version and upgrade the graphics card SW. Did it install successfully or latest SW already installed? PC should be ready for 3DSPRINT installation. 12 Does this PC have a second graphics card? Go to step Upgrade second graphics card using starting in step 6 thru 11 but select the second graphics card instead of the first graphics card Did the second graphics card SW upgrade successfully? 9 Install 3DSPRINT application now and follow Go to Step 16 instructions Did the 3DSPRINT installation finished successfully? The next steps are for PC with dual graphics cards. Does the PC have Nvidia Control Panel? Right click TBD and select Nvidia Control Panel Contact 3DSystems support for further info. Go to Step 17 Go to Step 18 Trouble shooting PC should be ready for 3DSPRINT installation. Contact 3DSystems support for further info. Open Manage 3D Settings 17

10 Go to Program Settings Click Add and add 3DSPRINT Change setting under 3DSPRINT to use the Nvidia card Did the setting successfully installed?

11 Does the PC have Catalyst Control Center Go to Step Right click TBD and select Catalyst Control Center Under Power, click Switchable Graphics Trouble shooting PC should be ready for 3DSPRINT installation.
