Mr. de Filippo was then Senior VP for Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement. When he moved to Tetra Pak he hired us to help the development of WCM. I have the honor of having launched the first Foundation Seminar ever in Tetra Pak in september 1999 in Brazil.
