4 Our People Form-less Document Systems Form-less Document Systems is the Sanje Software Research and Development Department which is highly specialized in product developments, product customization and integrations. The department consists with 4 types of teams, 1. Research & Development Team: Development of new software products and continued research and enhancement of to the existing portfolio of products. 2. Implementation and Support/Maintenance Team: Specialized in product and solution implementation, customization, integration, training and maintenance. 3. Internal Project Support Team: Supporting custom built document conversion services. With a concentrated focus on improving the efficiency conversion and management service on the fly, this team develop tool required to automate and increase outputs of project on the field. All teams are highly focused and specialized on Content Management, Document Management, Document Imaging and Digital Workflow Management with extensive experience gained by providing these services in different environments during the last 8 years of operation, both locally and internationally. DocuTeam The Back file Conversion Team DocuTeam is a Dedicated back file conversion team specializing in converting archive files in to a digital format, by scanning and indexing content. DocuTeam is capable of converting anything ranging from simple, thousand page archives to multimillion page count archives in record times. The capacity of a single DocuTeam unit goes up to 25,000 pages per day and this output can easily be doubled as and when required. (Depending on the project volumes Sanje deploys relevant number of teams to deliver expected throughput whatever the volume is). Each team consists of specialists on document preprocessing, scanning, indexing and is also capable of reformatting the indexes and images virtually in any format, whilst supporting more than 100 different content and document management solutions. The expertise possessed by eharvesters from form design to scanning and data collection dictates the many successes of the team which has many large volume data extractions exceeding one billion characters to its credit. eharvesters are also capable of being deployed as a remote data entry solution and are geared to collect the electronic harvest from paper based data fields in the most efficient and effective manner. ServiceTeam The Scanner Service Team ServiceTeam is a dedicated technical team specializing in servicing and repairing of scanning equipment. ServiceTeam is perhaps the only company in Sri Lanka, offering 24 hour support with replacement warranties for production scanners, a fact that is clearly evident by the many prestigious organizations that have placed their trust in us for many years running. Our team is equipped with mobile phones and spare parts that are frequently used, meaning that the service provided is rapid and accurate. Scanners manufactured by Fujitsu, Kodak, Bell+Howell and Avison are all covered under these contracts. We are easily the largest service provider for professional document scanners in Sri Lanka as a result of covering almost all high end scanners under our service contracts.
