7 a Culinary Safari The meals are worth mentioning in their own right. Well prepared, delicious and elegantly served (and it was often very entertaining too). A real oasis in a very full program. (Marianne and Thomas) In the morning, at midday and in the evening your private chef will serve culinary specialities prepared from delicious local produce. Start your mornings with a lavish buffet on your private terrace overlooking the Olifants River and the South African bush, or enjoy a brunch served in the great outdoors after the morning s bushwalk. Lunch is an Out of Africa -style picnic when you are on tour, or a delicious lunch buffet on the terrace. Dinners are either exquisite three-course menus served by candle light at elegantly laid tables, or barbecue evenings in your private boma, the traditional African barbecue, with a crackling fire under the open sky. It is almost magical to sit under the stars and listen to the sounds of the South African bush and not least the Nyati staff, who are pleased to entertain with traditional African songs and dances after dinner in the boma. All meals are included during your stay, even when you are on tour and if you choose the drinks package, the fridge is filled up with a choice of soft drinks and beer, while the bar is filled with wonderful South African wines and spirits.

At the camp you have 500 m 2 at your disposal, with sleeping accommodation for twelve, distributed through four large double rooms with their own bathrooms and two slightly smaller double rooms that share a bathroom. In each villa there is a spacious living room with fireplace, TV and a private kitchen. Here you have total privacy. Enjoy life by your own pool, and watch the abundant wildlife from your own furnished terrace with a panorama view of the bush and Olifants River.
