4 Fòrema is the agency for training and business development of the industrial sectors in Padua; with Risorse in Crescita is part of NIUKO, new reference for training in Veneto Region, owned by Confindustria Padova and Vicenza, leading employers association representing companies. Founded in 1983, Fòrema develops and enhances competencies for companies, workers, managers, young people and more. It is certified UNI EN ISO 9001 since 1999 and it is accredited as Training Agency and Employment Centre by the Veneto Region Government. It s authorized for outplacement activities and staff recruitment and it s Ordinary Member of ASFOR Italian Association for Training of Managers. From May 2014 Fòrema is accredited Youth Corner to implement Youth Guarantee in Veneto Region Since 2010 Fòrema cooperates with Veneto Region Government in Bruxelles. Fòrema is the leader agency in Veneto Region for training hours provided, number of trainees and enterprises reached.

5 Risorse In Crescita is the society of the Industrial Employers Association of Vicenza for Training and Consultancy to foster the development of business and human resources. It offers a complete programme for the training and the management of companies resources, and it acts as a unique contact offering the experience of three major training specialists. Risorse in Crescita was born in 2007 by the merging of CUOA Impresa, founded in 1998, and ENFAPI, born in 1985 from the School of Arts and Crafts. Later also two business units of Tecnoimpresa Srl were acquired: Training in 2009 and Consulting in Together with Forema, Risorse in Crescita is part of Niuko, new training subject in Veneto of Confindustria Padova and Confindustria Vicenza, associations of industrial enterprises(3,200 members). Risorse in Crescita is a partner for companies to realize needs analysis, develop training plans, plan expert advice and training to strenghthen and extend theirs business. Risorse in Crescita is accredited by Regione Veneto for Lifelong Learning, Higher Education, Employment Services, and it is Youth Corner within the initiative Garanzia Giovani.
