Animal Nutrition Institute, Northeast Agricultural University, Harbin, Heilongjiang ; 2. Institute of grassland, Academy of agricultural sciences in Heilongjiang provincial, Harbin, Heilongjiang ) Abstract :Two hundred and sixteen northeast geese at 1 d of age were randomly allotted to 9 treatments of 24 birds each using four factors and three levels L 9 (3 4 ) orthogonal design, in order to research effects of different levels of dietary metabolic energy (ME), crude protein ( CP), calcium ( Ca) and non2phytic acid phosphorus (NPP) on performance, serum parameters and hormone levels for northeast geese. The results indicated that dietary (ME) significantly affected average daily gain, average daily feed intake, feed gain ratio ( P < 0101), dietary CP significantly affected feed gain ratio ( P < 0105). Dietary ME levels affected the concentrations of HDL LDL and CHO significantly ( P < 0105), and affected the concentration of uric acid extremely significantly ( P < 0101 ). It has strong positive correlation between Average daily gain ( ADG) and the concentration of GH, ADG and the concentration of IGF21, the concentrations of GH and IGF21.
