3 SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS The 36 th South Swedish Rally 2 nd 5 th June 2011 in Ljungby The rally counts for: The Swedish Rally Championship (SM), the Swedish Junior Rally Championship (JSM), NEZ Rally Championship (NEZ), Rally Cup Öresund, Syd Svenska Rally Cupen and Mitsubishi Ralliart Evo. Challenge The 36 th South Swedish Rally will be run in compliance with SBF (the Swedish ASN) national sporting regulations and SBF national rally championship regulations. The competitors take part on their on risk. The FIA, the Swedish ASN, the organiser or officials of the event can not be claimed as responsible for injuries on persons and/or property which accurse during the competition. By entering the South Swedish Rally you give the organiser the right to register and publish the name of the driver, Co-driver, entrant and service crew regardless the way of media. 1. All stages except SS 11 are driven on gravel. Pace notes made by Gunnar Barth 9 b. Description of the rally for Rally Cup Öresund The rally consists of app. 290 km totals with 10 stages of app. 95 km. One stage is driven twice. All stages except SS 11 are driven on gravel. Description of the rally for SSRC The rally consists of app. 200 km totals with seven stages of app. 58 km, and all stages except SS 11 which are driven on gravel. 10. Rally HQ, press office, start and finish: The Rally HQ, the official notice board and press office is located at Hotel Terraza, Stora Torget 1, Ljungby. Telephone , from Wednesday 1st June up to Monday 6 th June SM/NEZ and RCÖ starts at Stora Torget in Ljungby. SSRC starts from TC 2D at the service area. The finish for all competitors is situated at Stora Torget in Ljungby. 13

Competitors Competitors with a valid license may take part in the South Swedish Rally The organisers have taken their right to limit the number of competitors. The total amount of competitors in South Swedish Rally may not exceed 200. The elimination will be done in the following way: 1. Entries that not are complete before 15.00H 16 th May According to the SBF national rally championship regulations regarding SM and NEZ, and all other according to the organiser. 13 a. Advertising: The organisers claim their right to put advertising on the cars, according to information in Rally Guide 2 and in a bulletin. Not having the organisers advertising is possible by paying an extra fee, further information in Rally Guide 1, Team Competition Team competition will only be applicable for NEZ competitors and according to the rules of NEZ Nations cup. No team competition in SM, Rally Cup Öresund and SSRC. 16. Service, tires, environmental and refuelling: SM according to the regulations Competitors taking part in NEZ and not using tires according to the 2011 regulations of the Swedish Championship have to give notice of this at the reporting, and will start after the teams competing for the Swedish Championship. Swedish drives doing so will not receive point in the Swedish Championship Rally Cup Öresund and SSRC according to respectively regulations The main Service Park for the entire rally will be situated in Ljungby. The environmental rules of the Swedish ASN have to be followed (a transcription of the Swedish text is available by request). The organisers will carefully supervise this. Refuelling zone at the Service Park and possible remote refuelling zones according to the Road book and information in Rally Guide 2 Only one service vehicle per team is allowed at the Service Park. 17. Entry regulations (only non Swedish drivers) The entry fee and the entry form must reach the organiser latest at on Monday 16 th May, to be accepted as a valid entry. Entry fee including the organisers advertising (including 6 % VAT, VAT # SE ): NEZ 400 (including the NEZ fee) Rally Cup Öresund 300 SSRC 180 Entry fee without the organisers advertising (including 6 % VAT, VAT # SE ): NEZ 600 (including the NEZ fee) Rally Cup Öresund 550 SSRC 300 Pace notes: 16

8 NEZ Rally Cup Öresund SSRC = 60, you have to buy pace notes to be allowed to do the reconnaissance. = 40 not allowed to do reconnaissance = 30 not allowed to do reconnaissance The entry fee must be paid, before on the 16 th May 2011, to the following Bank account = IBAN = SE Swift address = ESSESESS Accountholder = South Swedish Rally AB The entry fee includes the following: - One set of road book - One official program with a map - One set of starting number and rally plates - ID cards to the driver and co-driver - The organisers advertising, if not the higher entry fee is paid - One Service Pac including one official program with a map, one service plate and four ID-cards to the service crew. - Two Buffet tickets 18. Entry: You have to do your entry at N.B. the entry and the entry fee have to reach the organiser not later than on Monday 16 th May. Do not forget to enter your need of pace notes. 19. Cancelling: The organiser have the right, in cooperation with the Swedish ASN, SRAB and the Stewards, to cancel the rally if less the 50 entries have been received before the closing date, do to prohibition from the authorities, unfavourable weather conditions or other cases of force majeure. 20. Prizes: SM according to the regulations, N.B. competitors entered in SM and NEZ will not be given any prizes in NEZ. NEZ to the three first placed, and not being entered in SM, in each class Rally Cup Öresund according to the regulations SSRC according to the regulations 21. Repayment: The entry fee will be repaid in the following cases: 1) If the rally does not take place 2) Entries that not are accepted by the organiser 3) If the entry is withdrawn in writing before 16 th May 2011 at 15.00H The organiser claim their right to charge minimum 30 from any entrant who withdraw his entry later then stated in point 3 above, and the entrant have to pay the ordered pace notes irrespective of the reason for repayment. 17
