4 Reinforcing Steel Bar At INTERFAB INC. Rebar & Fabrication we stock a variety of rebar in straight lengths (see technical specifications tables). The rebar can be supplied as is or can be cut and bent to suit your project requirements. Reinforcing steel bar We offer reinforcing steel bar in three grades providing different levels of strength. - Steel Grades from 300 to High tensile steel option is available as well Rebar grades and coatings available: - Type R for general use - Type W where improved weldability or ductility is required Rebar coatings that we can work with: - MMFX - Stainless Steel - Hot Dip Galvanized - Black - Epoxy Grade Minimum Ultimate Tensile Strength (MPa) Minimum Yield Strength (Mpa) High Tensile Rebar Also available

6 Notes: 1. Interfab Standard Bar Bends include only Types 1-32, T1-T16, and S1-S All dimensions are out-to-out of bar except A and G on standard 180 and 135 hooks. 3. J dimension on 180 hooks to be shown only where necessary to restrict hook size, otherwise standard hooks are to be used. 4. Where J is not shown, J will be kept equal to or less than H on truss bars. Where J can exceed H, it should be shown. 5. H dimension stirrups to be shown where necessary to fit within concrete. 6. Unless otherwise noted, DIAMETER D is the same for all bends and hooks on the bar. 7. Where slope differs from 45 dimensions, H and K must be shown. 8. Where bars are to be bent more accurately than standard bending tolerances, bending dimensions which require closer fabrication should have limits indicated. 9. Figures in circles show types. 10. 8 Prefabricated Reinforcement Our prefabricated reinforcements are factory-made reinforcement solutions in the form of a cage which helps in a the construction of structural elements on-site. We manufacture our cages under strict QC rules. Coupled with an experienced technical team, we adhere to construction drawings to customize precage products detailed to suit site conditions and complexity. Our prefabricated reinforcement cages (Precages) are one of the prefabrication solutions aimed at helping customers raise productivity standards in construction. 10 Wire Mesh At INTERFAB INC. Rebar & Fabrication we offer a variety of wire mesh, dimensions on request. The welded steel wire fabric stocked meets the ACNOR G30.5-M1998 standards. Galvanized wire mesh and other types of wires are also available by special order. Wire mesh can presents advantages when non structural cracks are critical.
