1 JAN APRIL 2017 preschool programs Kindergarten Prep Help your child prepare for Kindergarten. We will review and work on language, math, science and social studies instruction. This class will expand to preschool knowledge and enhance the learning your child has already experienced. We ask that children enrolled have previous preschool background for this class and meet screening requirements including identifying numbers 1-9 and most letters. SESSIONS SCHEDULE Session A: 1/23-2/10 Session B: 2/13-3/3 Session C: 3/6-3/24 Min/Max: 4/12 Age: 4-5 years ID # DAY TIME *Program Fee/ * A2, B2 or C2 Tu & Th 12:30-2:30p $60/$ A3, B3, or C3 M, W, F 12:30-2:30p $90/$80 *fee is per session, 3 different sessions available All By Myself This class is designed to ease separation fears and encourage independence. Children will have fun in a semi structured environment. This program will allow children to develop self-esteem and enhance social skills through songs, games, art and story time. Sign up for one, two or three classes per week. Optional sessions throughout the school year will be available for those enrolled. A list of those weeks will be handed out during the first week of class. Child needs to be 2 years old by September 12, 2016 for all sessions. Activities are age appropriate for fun and development. Hands on crafts and open ended projects help your child discover their inner artist. Cook Me A Book We will cook our way through several popular children s stories. We will read the story followed by time in the kitchen to create some of the yummy dishes in each book! Bring an apron or borrow one of ours for this kitchen adventure. A different book will be featured for each session. Age: 4-5 years A 1/20 F 12:30-2:30p $14/$ B 2/10 F 12:30-2:30p $14/$ C 3/24 F 12:30-2:30p $14/$12 Balls, Beanbags and Parachutes Children will enjoy this fun-filled class. Utilizing simple and fun tools of balls, beanbags and a parachute, this class is designed to assist in the development of large and small motor skills, reflexes and listening skills. Please register at Recreation Station, 770 E. Franklin, Bradley. No online registration is available. ONE $15 REGISTRATION FEE can cover all 3 programs. Play and Learn GET READY FOR ALL DAY KINDERGARTEN This class is designed for morning or afternoon preschoolers who would benefit from additional activities.
