4 Tour Program Terms & Conditions All tours include an English speaking guide as well as pick up and drop off at Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) South Building Main Entrance, unless otherwise noted. Departure and travel times may vary depending on weather and traffic conditions. Payment: All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes. Our secure server will process MasterCard, Visa, and American Express only. Charges on your credit card statement will appear as MCI Group Canada. Tour Cancellation and Refunds: MCI has the right to cancel any tours that fail to meet the required minimum tour participation numbers. If a tour is cancelled, delegates will be contacted prior to tour departure to advise them of the cancellation and they will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund. All delegates will receive tour confirmations and/or broadcast notifications updating them of changes, cancellations, etc. Tours can be cancelled by a delegate up to May 10, Tour cancellations must be received in writing via or fax. All tours cancelled up to May 10, 2017 are subject to an administration fee of $25.00 CAD per tour, per person. 5 HALF DAY EXCURSIONS Welcome to Toronto City Tour Sunday, June 18, :30 am 12:00 pm $50.00 CAD 3.5 hours 40 persons The perfect activity to capture a glimpse of the many wonderful sites available in Toronto! This "get acquainted" tour will include famous attractions such as Queen's Park, the Parliament Buildings, Old and New City Halls, Nathan Phillips Square, St. Lawrence Market, University Avenue Hospital Row, Art Gallery of Ontario, Royal Ontario Museum, the Annex, the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Roy Thomson Hall, Casa Loma, the four city block shopping complex Eaton Centre, the Bay-King financial district, Harbourfront, Chinatown, the shops on Bloor, the elegant neighbourhood of Forest Hill and the trendy Yorkville area. The tour also includes a walk at Kensington Market Toronto's most unique, independent and progressive neighbourhood. Toronto Tour with Cruise and Casa Loma *Accompanying Persons Tour Tuesday, June 20, :00 am 12:30 pm *This tour is for accompanying persons only and is included in the registration fee. Please note, there is no additional charge. 4.5 hours The exclusive accompanying person tour will take you on a Tour of the beautiful Toronto waterfront and historic Casa Loma. The tour starts at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre where the guide will meet and greet the group. A short transfer to the docks, where you will take the boat for a 45-minute sightseeing cruise in the tranquil waters of Toronto s naturally protected harbor, past the newly revitalized Harbourfront and Toronto island Parklands. Following the cruise, a quick city tour while transferring to Casa Loma for a tour of Toronto s original Castle. Guests will step back in time to a period of European elegance and splendor. The former home of Canadian Financier Sir Henry Pellatt, Canada's foremost castle is complete with decorated suites, secret passages, an 800-foot tunnel, towers, stables, and beautiful 5-acre estate gardens. 6 FULL DAY EXCURSIONS A Day in Niagara Falls Friday, June 23, :00 am 6:00 pm $ CAD 9 hours 40 persons A trip to Southern Ontario would not be complete without a visit to one of the most impressive and famous landmarks Niagara Falls. The entire Niagara region boasts some of the world s most beautiful scenery, flavourful wines, amazing history and great cultural festivals. Upon arrival, you will enjoy the thunder of the waters from a completely different perspective as you board the Hornblower Cruise. Experience the breathtaking flow of water, power and mist that form the spectacular Niagara Falls. Get close to the Horseshoe Falls, American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls that together make up one of the Seven World Wonders. Don t forget to bring your camera! A buffet lunch will be provided in a restaurant that has a fantastic view overlooking the Falls. Next you will head down the Niagara Parkway to see many famous sites and enjoy the view of the Niagara grape yards and fruit trees. A visit to Niagara would not be complete without a brief stop at the beautiful village of Niagara-on-the-Lake and a local winery! One of the oldest settlements in Ontario, Niagara-on-the-Lake is famous for the War of 1812 between Canada and the United States. The town has been beautifully restored to depict its heritage; enjoy some free time shopping or simply tasting an ice-cream! Before returning to Toronto, a stop at a local winery is a must: discover the delicious wines produced in Canada with the tasting of three different wines. Relax on your way back and enjoy the view! 7 Six Nations Aboriginal Birthing Centre & Botanical Gardens Friday, June 23, :00 am 6:00 pm $ CAD 10 hours 25 persons Explore the Six Nations Grand River Reserve. The Six Nations consist of Mohawk, Oneida, Cayuga, Seneca, Onondaga and Tuscarora. These Nations unified under the Great Tree of Peace! You will be greeted by a local guide upon arrival whom will introduce the Six Nations Birthing Centre with a tour. After the tour you will be treated to a wonderful lunch experience directly on the reserve with the local fresh food. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to visit the Iroqrafts gift store which offers guests authentic aboriginal gifts including toys, stone sculptures, necklaces, clothing, jewelry, woodcrafts and much more. After we leave the Six Nations reserve towards Toronto we will stop in Hamilton for a visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens, the largest botanical garden in Canada. This is a wonderful site for garden and nature lovers that should never be missed.
