3 Independent Learning Tasks Produce a research page about Graffiti Design an I pad cover inspired by Graffiti and Keith Haring's artwork Graffiti Produce a drawing of one of your Graffiti images Copy a Keith Haring image Produce a research page about Keith Haring In this ILT you need to complete a variety tasks. You MUST complete all of the compulsory tasks (pink). The non-compulsory tasks (grey) will show you have put even more effort into homework and further improve your skills. (3-5 hours)

4 Helpful Advice Task 1 Produce a research page about graffiti Using the internet, collect pictures and information about graffiti. Produce a research page on one page of your sketchbook using these images think about your page layout and how you can make the page look creative. Add your opinion to your collage which images do you like best? Why? Task 2 Copy a graffiti image produce a copy of one of your Graffiti images. Try to draw the image accurately and add colour. Fill the whole page. (You might want to stick the image you have copied from onto the back of the page so we can see what it should look like) Task 3 Produce a research page about Keith Haring Collect images of Haring s work, collect information about him dates, where he lived, what sort of work he did, his influences etc. Add a title (his name) and think about how you can present all your information creatively on your page. Try to add your own opinions about his work Do you like it? Why? Task 4 - Copy a Keith Haring image Produce a copy of a Keith Haring image. Try to draw the image accurately and add colour. Fill the whole page. (You might want to stick the image you have copied from onto the back of the page so we can see what it should look like) Task 5 Design an I pad cover Design an ipad cover. Use the images from your second and third ILT as inspiration. Add colour to your design, remember to use tone in your shading to make your design look 3D. Try to make sure your drawing fills the page; don t make your drawing too small. Try to design the front and the back of the ipad cover.
