WCM Machinery s comprehensive workshop facilities in Selangor, Johor, Kemaman, Penang, Miri and Labuan enable us to carry out extensive reconditioning work such as rebuilding, fabricating, welding, testing and repairing all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and transmission components, assembly and spray painting work. PROJECT RENTAL DIVISION (PRD) The Project Rental Division focuses on rental on contract basis customised high-end diesel power generator sets for telecommunications, oil and gas and events management industries. Our in-house trained and experienced professionals are able to assess the needs of our clients accurately, and are able to recommend specific solutions and deliver the needed equipment to the worksite at competitive rates with flexible rental periods according to the needs of the client. LIGHT MACHINERY DIVISION (LMD) The Light Machinery Division engages in sales, rental, reconditioning, servicing and trade-in services for light machinery equipment such as generator sets (10 KVA - 1,500 KVA) for construction sector related machinery, such as air compressors (90 cfm - 1,300 cfm), rectifiers, bar benders, bar cutters, air breakers, welding sets, tower lights, forklifts and reach trucks. CONTRACT SERVICING DIVISION (CSD) The Contract Servicing Division specialises in designing equipment management programmes which suit our customers needs. Depending on specific requirements, WCM Machinery s Contract Servicing Division is able to customize maintenance programmes ranging from Simple Preventive Maintenance Programmes, Total Maintenance & Repair Programmes to even Complex Equipment Management Solutions in order to meet its clients objectives in terms of risk management, cost management, or guaranteed machine availability. WCM Power s experienced servicemen are able to troubleshoot engine problems efficiently and provide the required parts and repairs. As it is crucial for backup systems to be covered by a complete, planned and consistent maintenance programme, WCM Power has the expertise to consult and deliver a comprehensive Contract Servicing maintenance programme that includes regular inspection and operational testing to identify issues long before disasters occur. These programmes are crucial for cost and risk management where costly unscheduled downtimes are prevented. In Malaysia, we are the market leader in the rental of Habitat System, a flexible positive-pressure enclosure, which is a high-tech automatic safety shutdown system being used in both offshore and onshore oil & gas hotwork activities. WCM Oil & GAS is expanding gradually in the Asia Pacific market and has carried out extensive long term projects with international clients including ExxonMobil, Shell, Carigali Hess, Murphy Oil, Petronas Carigali, Chevron and others. OIL & GAS SAFETY SYSTEM The use of positive pressure habitats, also called welding tents or hotwork enclosure is a necessity in order for the hotwork to be performed in areas classified as hazardous without closing down the installation or plant. A key, safety system for the Flexi Habitat is the automatic shutdown system. The shutdown is automatically triggered if, for example, in instances where rapid rise in temperature, loss of overpressure detected, part of the equipment malfunctions, or the emergency stop is activated. This StS Habitat System has been certified and recognized by international certification bodies with its advanced technology and stringent quality management system. In our team, hundreds of habitat technicians who are trained in-house with StS designed habitat-specific programme for carrying out Habitat System works both on and offshore that necessitates stringent requirements and skilled knowledge so as to comply with international standards. OIL & GAS MANPOWER SERVICES WCM Oil and Gas provides recruitment solutions and manpower supply to the oil and gas industry. We provide professionals and technical personnel to oversee structural, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation, testing and commissioning works; supervise onshore fabrication and offshore installation works, platform operations, such as oversee production, workover, drilling operations, facilities and maintenance; and to perform scheduling, quality assurance and control, procurement, materials coordination and other related works. 10
