2 Enrollment Verification What is enrollment verification? Enrollment verification is a statement verifying that a student is enrolled in classes during a given term. Enrollment verifications will indicate whether the student is enrolled as a part-time, half-time or full-time student and for which terms he/she was enrolled. Enrollment verifications are processed through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) and can be accessed via myefsc. This is a free service that can be run any time of the day or night. After add/drop, the Registrar s Office submits enrollment data to the NSC. It takes about 2 weeks after initial submission to get the enrollment data up on the NSC website for student/verifier access of information.

3 EFSC Certifies Enrollment as Follows: College Credit Courses Eastern Florida certifies enrollment for college credit courses using the following guidelines. This can be done online or in the Campus Admissions and Records Office upon written request: Full Time 12+ credits Quarter Time 9-11 credits Half Time 6-8 credits Less than Half Time 0-5 credits Clock Hour Programs Eastern Florida certifies enrollment in clock hour programs using the following guidelines: Full Time Classes meeting 450 clock hours Half Time Classes meeting 225 clock hours These requests are processed in the Office of the Registrar

4 International Students International Students must submit a paper Request for Enrollment Verification for information to be provided to their embassy All International Student verifications are processed in the Office of the Registrar While students may request a copy for their records, the official verifications are mailed directly to the embassy in their sponsoring country The Request for Enrollment Verification must be completed thoroughly, with accurate addresses and student signature. Attach forms that must be submitted with the verification.

5 To request an online certificate of enrollment Login to myefsc 1. In the upper right of the EFSC home page: Click on EFSC Logins, then myefsc 2. Enter your B number and Pin

6 Access Enrollment Verification Click on Titan Web OR Scroll down the myefsc page, and under Quick Links, click on Enrollment Verification

7 Click on Student Services tab. (Note: if you clicked on Quick Links, you will be taken directly to the Student Services and Financial Aid page.) Click on Student Enrollment Verification. This will take you to the National Student Clearinghouse secured site.

8 NATIONAL STUDENT CLEARINGHOUSE The National Student Clearinghouse is the fastest, most efficient way for requestors to obtain verification. This includes students and third party verifiers. EFSC has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications for students and vendors. 9 To obtain an enrollment verification certificate for current enrollment click on the radial button next to Current Enrollment.

10 A printable certificate will be generated with the current enrollment information displayed.

11 Click on All enrollment for complete enrollment history.

12 A printable certificate will be generated with all enrollment information displayed.

13 You may also get other information from this website page by clicking on the highlighted text: View the enrollment information on file with the Clearinghouse. View the student loan deferment notifications that the Clearinghouse has provided to loan holders (lenders and guarantors). View the proof(s) of enrollment that the Clearinghouse has provided to your health insurers and other providers of student services or products. View specific information about your student loans

20 What s next? Download your information directly from the Clearinghouse Be sure to Log Out of the Clearinghouse when you are finished. (This will also log you out of Titan Web.)

21 Paper Requests By exception, you may request an enrollment verification in person from the campus Admissions and Records Office. A Request for Enrollment Verification form must be submitted for each request. Requests must be completed thoroughly with signatures, addresses and any other applicable data. Download the form at Allow at least 3 business days to process requests submitted via paper. Requests will not be processed until after the add/drop period. If you request a manual/paper verification, it will be mailed to the address you provide, or You will be called to pick up the document Photo ID is required for whomever is picking up the document
