2 As the state-owned large production enterprise of steel processing, Hebei Iron & Steel Group Hengshui Cold Rolling Steel Co., Ltd. was founded in 1958 and located in Hengshui city of Hebei Province. It has 50 years history of producing metallurgical products. The Company has a total asset of 770 million Yuan, and is staffed with 1,700 employees including more than 400 professional technicians in various fields. The present annual production of steel is 600 thousand tons, which are sold to more than 20 provinces and cities and exported to more than 25 countries and areas. And the new industry zone for tinplate will be openned until this October, that moment, the procuduction scope and annual capacity will be improved to one new heights! The Company owns 4 main factories: cold rolling mill, hot rolled welded pipe mill, tinplate mill and Qingdao color-coated cold rolled mill, and affiliates like Haili Company, Industrial and trading company, Storage and Transport Company and Workers hospital. The main products include cold rolled thin plate, tinplate, color-coated sheet, hot rolled strip steel, welded steel pipe and etc, which are widely applied to fields like metal packing, home appliance, automobile, light industry, electronic instruments, raw materials for steel pipe, structural steel, pipes used in construction scaffold, water and coal gal conveyance. Insisting on the principle of taking science and technology as leading, the Company has made a great stride in technical innovation, equipment transformation, and product optimization, especially the cold rolling production line of leading products has the 1050 rolling mill with the highest localized equipment level at present, by which the thickness control accuracy could be within ±4μm. The Company is the first to adopt devices like vacuum degreaser and roll gap meter at home, and both the control system and main hydraulic system adapt to the world advanced technology. At present, the Company develops in succession a great many products with high added-value like ultra-thin deeply-coated plate, non coating-plating directly metal decorating plate, and home appliance plate, of which with thickness of mm, and the precision thin plate with thickness of 0.17mm has been exported in lot size.
