7 TERMS & CONDITIONS Fees for legal formalities are not included. All legal formalities must be arranged through the local ground handler. Rates are in Euros/GBP/USD/MUR/ZAR, inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without prior notice. Guests getting married at the hotel should compulsorily book any of the wedding packages and any mentioned optional services with Veranda Resorts only. A Loss of Revenue fee will be charged for any services which are not booked via the hotel. As an indication, fee will be: EUR 140/ MUR 5,000 / GBP 140 / USD 130 / ZAR 2,500 and this amount is subject to change without prior notice. The wedding packages are applicable for 2 persons only and supplement(s) may apply for any extra person(s). The Classic and Deep in Romance wedding packages are applicable for residents of Veranda Resorts only. The Food & Beverage optional services are not included in the initial meal plan booked by guests during their stay. We celebrate in exclusivity one wedding per day at the hotel. No weddings during the peak season, that is from 20/12 05/01. Guests booking a wedding package and optional services through a Tour Operator need to present a voucher upon arrival for the services booked. Payment will be compulsory in MUR rate if done locally at the hotel counter.
