I am pleased to report that we have enough interest to offer both a: - 10-Day Eastern Caribbean Cruise - January 18-28, 2017 sailing out of New York City, and - 8-Day Luxury Danube River Cruise - sailing May 23-31, 2017 We currently have a total of 51 members who have expressed interest in registering for the Eastern Caribbean Cruise in January 2017 onboard NCL s Norwegian Gem, and a total of 42 members who have expressed interest in registering for the Luxury Danube River Cruise in May 2017 onboard AmaWaterways brand new AmaStella. See below for more details. A few of you ed to ask about our plans for a Canada and New England Cruise in the fall, to which we explained that we have penciled in that itinerary for the fall of Our son Sam will be a senior in high school in the fall of 2017 during which time he will be competing every weekend in September and October in the Tournament of Bands competitions. Our calendar will be much more open in the fall of 2018 and we have penciled in the second half of October 2018 (some time between October 17 and November 3) for our Canada and New England cruise. 2 on the upcoming 11-Day Tour of England and Ireland 2016 beginning at 7:00 pm (please arrive a bit early to try on the sample shirts), and at 7:30 pm to review the details of our Luxury Danube River Cruise 2017 onboard AmaWaterways brand new AmaStella departing on May 23, The meeting will be held Friday night, January 29, 2016 beginning at 7:00 pm in the Jackson Memorial Building (JMB) of Trinity United Methodist Church in Salisbury (Directions - Take Business US Rt 50 to downtown Salisbury - turn north (away from downtown) on North Division Street - the JMB is the first building on your right with parking across North Division Street). We invite you to join us at this meeting if you have already registered or are considering registering for our Luxury Danube River Cruise in May ******* Now Accepting Registrations for Luxury Danube River Cruise 2017 May 23-31, 2017 on AmaWaterways brand new AmaStella As we discussed earlier this month, I am pleased to announce that we have finalized the arrangements for our 8-Day Luxury Danube River Cruise sailing from Budapest, Hungary, with an opportunity to visit 5 distinct European countries (Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria and Germany) as we sail along the Danube to Vilshofen, Germany, set to depart on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 (see below for detailed itinerary). We have also negotiated a potential Large Group Discount of between $100 to $500 per person if we register at least 50 passengers by December 31, 2015, so please consider submitting your registration as soon as possible to help everyone qualify for the lowest prices possible for this cruise. We already have 42 members who have either registered or advised that thjey are planning to register, so we only need 8 more members to sign up to qualify for the Large Group Discount. As always, our prices include bus transportation from Salisbury, round trip air fare from Philadelphia (or perhaps Washington DC depending upon schedules), transfers between the airport and the ship, a 7-day luxury cruise experience with tours included, gourmet meals, free-flowing wine, beer and sodas with lunch and dinner, and much more. Special Note to our Non-Local Members regarding alternate airports - We have a few nonlocal members (from Florida) who are registering for whom AmaWaterways has agreed to arrange flights from Miami at no additional cost, or from Orlando or Tampa for an additional $100 per person. Flights from other major airports in the United States can also be arranged by AmaWaterways. Why Register So Far In Advance? - There are only 4 Category E River View cabins and 8 Category D River View cabins on the ship so they will likely sell out quickly. If you want one of those cabins, please register right away before they are gone. While I recognize that the holiday season is a tough time to ask you to register (sorry about that), as mentioned earlier, we will be eligible for an additional Large Group Discount of between $100 to $500 per person if we have at least 50 passengers registered by December 31, That will reduce the total prices down to between $4,700 and $6,200 per person. And, if you have cruised before with AmaWaterways, you will automatically receive an additional $100 per person Past Passenger Discount. So we encourage you to book as soon as possible to secure your desired cabin category at the prices reflected on the registration form. Therefore, please send me an immediate reply to this if you are planning to register, including which cabin category you prefer, so I will know to expect your registration. Then print the attached document and submit your completed registration form, deposit and Trip Protection payment as soon as possible. Once you contact me I will

3 pencil you in as one of our first 50 registrations and hold your spot for at least a few days while I await receipt of your formal registration and deposit/trip Protection check in the mail. Once you have paid your initial deposit, your next payment won t be due until September And, if for some reason you should need to cancel after your initial registration, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and Trip Protection premium provided you cancel by April 30, After that date, cancellations for qualifying reasons will be protected by the Trip Protection Plan. After settling in on the ship, we will enjoy the Gala Welcome Dinner followed by the illuminations cruise of Budapest under the lights, with overnight docked in Budapest. Thursday, May 25 - Budapest, Hungary This morning we will enjoy a city tour by small group lead by an expert local, English-speaking guide who is extremely knowledgeable of the local culture and history. AmaWaterways makes it a point to place us in small groups on all tours to facilitate access to sights and landmarks, provide a more intimate setting, and enable more encounters with locals. They also split us into groups based upon our preferred pace for gentle, regular or active walkers. Or if you are in a very active mood, you can join one of their guided bike tours. On this morning s tour, will will visit historic Buda Castle, Fisherman s Bastion, the Royal Palace, St. Stephen s Basilica, and Heroes Square, with afternoon free to explore on our own or relax on the ship before we sail at 5:00 pm for Slovakia. Friday, May 26- Bratislava, Slovakia We wake up this morning in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia where we will enjoy a walking tour of the city s top sights, including the Old Town Hall, Mirbach Palace and St. Martin s Cathedral, followed by some free time to explore on our own. At 1:00 pm, we sail to Vienna, Austria, the music capital of the world, where we are scheduled to arrive at around 8:30 pm. After dinner, we will experience a traditional Viennese Wine and Music evening in a rustic wine tavern where we will enjoy newly pressed, locally grown wine, music & hospitality. Saturday, May 27 - Vienna, Austria This morning, we will be treated to a panoramic city tour of Vienna featuring the Vienna Opera House, the majestic Ringstrasse & St. Stephan s Cathedral, with the afternoon on our own to further explore the boutique-lined Kärntnerstrasse, sample Vienna s famous pastries or visit a museum. There s also optional excursions available (at an additional cost) in the afternoon to the 1,441 room Schönbrunn Palace, summer residence of the Habsburg Monarchs, or an evening orchestra concert featuring the music of Mozart and Strauss. Sunday, May 28 - Weissenkirchen, Wachau Valley, Austria This morning we wake up in Dürnstein, Austria where we will enjoy a walking tour of one of the prettiest towns along the Danube, home to the magnificent blue tower of the local

5 Stiftskirche (abbey church) and the ruins high on the hill where Richard the Lionheart was once held for ransom; we then continue for Scenic Cruising in the Wachau Valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site on our way to Melk, Austria where we tour the spectacular Benedictine Abbey, one or Europe s largest and most revered monasteries; we then sail to Grein, Austria where we will have free time to explore the charming town in the evening before we sail at midnight. Monday, May 29 - Linz, Austria Our ship arrives this morning in Linz, Austria where we will enjoy a walking tour of this, the second largest city in Austria. Later, we will have the choice of three different excursions, either: the Austrian Lake District/Salzkammergut region a UNESCO World Heritage Site, an excursion to the medieval Czech town of Cesky Krumlov nestled in the hills of the Austrian- Czech border, OR an excursion to Salzburg, Mozart s birthplace where you will tour the historic center made famous by the Sound of Music. Tuesday, May 30 - Cruise through Upper Austria to Passau, Germany In Passau, Germany we will enjoy a walking tour of this 2,000 year old fairy tale city, noted for its Gothic and Italian Baroque architecture, cobblestone streets and St. Stephen s Cathedral. In the afternoon, we sail to the medieval town of Vilshofen, Germany where we will enjoy a festive Oktoberfest celebration with local food, beer and Bavarian folk music and dancing. Wednesday, May 31 - Fly from Munich to Philadelphia This morning we will disembark the AmaStella and say goodbye to our new family as we board our luxury motorcoaches to Munich, Germany where we will fly to Philadelphia. Once back in the US, we will board our local motorcoach for the return trip from Philadelphia to Salisbury. Available Cabins We are currently holding 20 cabins for our group, but we hope to be able to book at least 25 cabins so we qualify for the Large Group Discount. Cabins range in size from 160-square feet (River View Cabins - Category E and D), 170-square feet for the French Balcony Cabins (Category C), and between 210 square feet (Category BB and BA) to 235 square feet (Category AB and AA) for the Twin Balcony Cabins. The River View Cabins have two large windows (3-feet x 1.4 feet), the French Balcony Cabins have a full floor to ceiling sliding glass door, and the Twin Balcony Cabins have both a French Balcony and an Outside Balcony. There are also four 350 square-foot Suites available, but the extra $1,200 cost per person above the Category AA Cabin price seemed a bit steep so I did not include them on the registration form (please inquire if interested). All cabin categories are currently available, although selection is limited in categories C, D and E, and should be booked as soon as possible while they last. Categories are generally set by location on the ship with the cabins closer to mid-ship and located on higher decks being slightly more expensive in the same category. The following cabin categories are available: - Category E - yellow - (River View) - Piano Deck 1 - midship - Category D - orange - (River View) - Piano Deck 1 - mid-forward - Category C - purple - (French Balcony) - Deck 2 and 3 - aft - Category BB - green - (Twin Balcony) - Cello Deck 2 - mid-aft - Category BA - blue - (Twin Balcony) - Violin Deck 3 - mid-aft - Category AB - red - (Twin Balcony) - Cello Deck 2 - mid-forward - Category AA - lavender - (Twin Balcony) - Violin Deck 3 - mid-forward

6 - Category SS - pink - (Suite - with Large Twin Balcony) - Violin Deck 3 - mid-forward While the French Balcony and Twin Balcony Cabins are on the upper decks (just below the Sun Deck) and provide a great view from the comfort of your cabin, we found that the best place to enjoy your cruise is the Sun Deck, offering 360-degrees of spectacular scenery. If the air temperature is too cool on the Sun Deck, the spacious lounges also offer views on both sides of the ship and comfortable seating to enjoy the scenery. So, while the French Balcony and Twin Balcony Cabins are indeed nice, for those of you who need to save a few dollars, the River View Cabins offer an acceptable alternative. Total Cruise Package Prices Cabin categories available in our group allotment and Total Cruise Package Prices are as follows: - River View Cabin (Category E) - $4,700 per person - River View Cabin (Category D) - $5,000 per person - French Balcony Cabin (Category C) - $5,600 per person - Twin Balcony Cabin (Category BB) - $6,100 per person - Twin Balcony Cabin (Category BA) - $6,300 per person - Twin Balcony Cabin (Category AB) - $6,500 per person - Twin Balcony Cabin (Category AA) - $6,700 per person - Suite Cabin (Category SS) - $7,900 per person These prices are based on double occupancy (two people per cabin). Singles may be paired with a roommate, if available. In order to qualify for the Large Group Discount (more details below), we must have 50 passengers registered by the end of this month (December 31, 2015). Once registered and deposited, your next payment won t be due until September 10, 2016 and your final payment will be due on January 10, After you register, while there is no penalty for cancellation through April 30, 2016, cancellations made between May 1, 2016 and January 15, 2017 will be subject to a $1,000 non-refundable cruise and air deposit. Further cancellation penalties apply for cancellations received after January 15, Therefore, we recommend purchasing the optional Group Travel Protection Plan for peace of mind. Travel Protection Plan prices vary depending upon the total trip cost (see details below). We recognize that the Total Package Price for this cruise is a bit more than most of the ocean cruises that we have organized in the past. However, once you factor in the additional expenses of an ocean cruise, such as tours, Internet access, beer and wine, and considering the exceptional features of an AmaWaterways cruise, including personalized service and luxury accommodations provided as part of the Total Package Price, we believe that our Luxury Danube River Cruise 2017 offers an exceptional vacation experience for the price. Possible Discounts AmaWaterways Past Passenger Discount - For all members who joined us on either our Danube River Cruise in 2011 or our Rhine River Cruise in 2013 with AmaWaterways, or any other AmaWaterways cruise whether or not with the Salisbury Cruise Club, you will automatically receive an AmaWaterways Past Passenger discount of $100 per person. Large Group Discount - If we are able to book 25 cabins (50 passengers) by December 31, 2015, all registered passengers will receive a Large Group Discount of between $100 to $500 per person based upon cabin category. Specifically, per person Large Group Discounts will be

7 applied as follows: $100 per person discount in River View Category D, $200 per person discount in French Balcony Category C, $300 per person discount in Twin Balcony Category BB, $400 per person discount in Twin Balcony Category BA and AB, and $500 per person discount in Twin Balcony Category AA. Refund Policy and Group Travel Protection Plan If you change your mind after you register and wish to cancel, you may cancel with no penalty and receive a full refund of your deposit and insurance premium up until April 30, Beginning on May 1, 2016, cancellations will be subject to a $1,000 non-refundable cruise and air deposit for any cancellation received from May 1 through January 15, Beyond January 15, 2017, additional cancellation penalties will be imposed. 8 To protect yourself from these cancellation penalties in the case of sickness or injury to you, your traveling companion, a family member or business partner which results in a medically imposed restriction as certified by a Physician preventing you from participating in the trip, we highly recommend that all passengers purchase the Optional Group Travel Protection Plan which is available for this cruise through Travel Insured International at group rates ranging from $319 to $485 per person depending upon your Total Trip Cost, as follows: - $4,501 to $5,000 trip cost - $319 per person - $5,001 to $5,500 trip cost - $353 per person - $5,501 to $6,000 trip cost - $388 per person - $6,001 to $6,500 trip cost - $422 per person - $6,501 to $7,000 trip cost - $485 per person While you would not be reimbursed for the Travel Protection Plan premium, you would receive a 100% refund of all cancellation penalties imposed if you must cancel for a qualifying reason on or after April 30, In addition to sickness and injury as referenced above, there are also several other qualifying reasons for cancellation which are covered by the Travel Protection Plan (see summary of benefits). In addition, the Group Travel Protection Plan covers several other potential trip related expenses that may be incurred if problems arise including: Trip Interruption (up to 150% of Total Package Price), Trip Delay (up to $750), Missed Connection (up to $500), Baggage/ Personal Effects (up to $1,500), Baggage Delay (up to $400), Accident and Sickness Medical Expense (up to $50,000), Emergency Evacuation/ Repatriation (up to $250,000) and Worldwide Emergency Assistance Services (Included). Furthermore, by purchasing this Travel Protection Plan at the time of deposit when you first register for this cruise, you will also be covered for any pre-existing conditions. Bottom line, we highly recommend that everyone purchase this Optional Group Travel Protection Plan at the time of deposit. While we never like to think of potential problems, they do sometimes occur. For example, on our 2007 Hawaii Cruise, we had a few passengers come down with a touch of the flu. Each of these passengers received medical attention and treatment on board which was fully covered by the Travel Protection Plan. Likewise, we had two passengers that had to cancel their Mediterranean Cruise in 2008 at the last minute, one due to the illness of their mother and another due to a personal injury. Both passengers received full refunds which saved them several thousand dollars each. In addition, their roommates were assessed a hefty single supplement charge by the cruise line which was reimbursed in full by Travel Insured. In my opinion, this Travel Protection Plan is well worth the extra expense for the peace of mind alone. Deposit and Payment Information Upon registration, a $1,000 deposit per person will be required to be paid by check made out to Salisbury Cruise & Travel, LLC. If you wish to purchase the Optional Group Travel Protection Plan, please add the premium to your deposit check. After your initial deposit, your next payment won t be due until September 10, 2016 and your final payment will be due by January 10, Both your September and January payments can be paid by check or billed to your credit card directly with AmaWaterways if you prefer. For credit card payment authorization, please fill out and sign the credit card authorization portion at the bottom of the registration form. Special Large Group Discount - Must Register by December 31, 2015 As mentioned earlier, we are hoping to qualify our group for the Large Group Discount of between $100 and $500 per person that is available through the end of this month. Therefore we

9 encourage you to register on or before December 31, As with all Salisbury Cruise Club cruises, space will be guaranteed on a first registered and deposited basis. Please also be advised that there are a very limited number of River View cabins (4 Category E cabins and 8 Category D cabins) and only 18 of the French Balcony cabins (Category C). If you wish to book one of those cabins, please submit your completed registration and deposit payment as soon as possible while they last. We encourage you to print a copy of the Registration Form below, fill it out and return it with your $1,000 per person deposit and the optional Group Travel Protection Plan premium by check made out to Salisbury Cruise & Travel, LLC and mailed to 3911 Five Friars Road, Salisbury, MD I will share more details about our Luxury Danube River Cruise at our next Salisbury Cruise Club meeting on January 29, 2016 at 7:30 pm. If you joined us in 2008 when we sailed the Norwegian Gem during her inaugural season, this cruise is sure to bring back a few memories. Ever since that cruise, our members have asked us to plan a cruise that doesn't require a flight to meet the ship. So here you have it. This 10-day cruise will sail on Norwegian Cruise Line's (NCL) Norwegian Gem round trip from New York City with stops in San Juan, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, Phillipsburg, St. Maarten and Tortola, British Virgin Islands with 5- days relaxing at sea and enjoying the many activities onboard. Cruise price will also include Bus Transportation to and from New York City, Cruise Club Hosts, onboard Cocktail Party, and other Gifts and Mementos from the Salisbury Cruise Club. I am currently in the process of determining additional perks and promotions that NCL is able to offer our group on this cruise.
