Carting of Cargo from truck into CFS Storage area, placing of empty container for stuffing, sealing and transportation of laden container from CFS to Port 2. Charges for Lift ON of Empty containers from other CFS/Empty Park for stuffing at Seabird have to be paid by CHA/SHIPPER and upon submission of payment receipt of other CFS/Empty Park by CHA/SHIPPER, Sebaird shall arrange to bring in the empty containers. 3. For HAZ / Reefer Container, H&T charges will be 1.5 times of normal Charges 4. For ODC Container, H&T charges will be 2 times of normal Charges 5. 2 IMPORT OPERATIONS FULL CONTAINER LOAD (FCL): Composite Charges for CFS De-stuffing Bag Cargo (25 to 50 Kg) /Crated Stone / Cotton Composite charge for de-stuffing includes: 1. CFS Destuffing of Import container activities include: i)grounding of Loaded container for Custom Examination, seal cutting on written request from the CHA against Custom Permission + valid DO of Line+payment of relevant charges, de-stuffing the container and direct delivery onto CHA nominated truck/trailer. If the container is de-stuffed and the cargo/commodity is stored in our warehouse/yard for delivery at a later time, delivery onto trucks/trailers will be effected on payment of SSR charges. 2. For HAZ / Reefer Container, H&T charges will be 1.5 times of normal Charges 3. For ODC Container, H&T charges will be 2 times of normal Charges Composite Charges for Container Seal Verification / Custom Examination and Ldd Delivery from CFS Composite charge includes: 1. Transportation from Terminal Yard to CFS, Lift Off at CFS, placing of container at customs examination seal breaking, lift on of container for final delivery 2. For HAZ / Reefer Container, H&T charges will be 1.5 times of normal Charges 3. 3 IMPORT OPERATIONS LESS THAN CONTAINER LOAD (LCL): Composite Charges for De-stuffing of Container Bag Cargo (25 to 50 Kg) /Crated Stone / Cotton Composite charge for de-stuffing includes: 1. Transportation of laden container from Terminal Yard to CFS, seal breaking, de-stuffing, shifting of empty container to empty stack within CFS 2. For HAZ Container, H&T charges will be 1.5 times of normal Charges 3. 4 GENERAL OPERATIONS Cargo Handling for Customs Examination for General Cargo (Import/Export) Less Than Or Equal To 25% From 26% To 50% More Than 50% * For ODC / Scrap / HAZ /Sp.Eqp Customs Examination Charges will be 1.5 times of Normal Charges Reserve Area Charges Per Sq.Mtrs /Per Month Covered Cargo Space Open Cargo Space * Minimum Charges of 5 M 2 per item or per delivery Empty Ground Rent Charges 20 Empty Days Empty Over 30 Days * Tariff for any other services will be quoted on case to case basis Charges for Power Supply for Reefer Containers & PTI Charges Per Day / Per Unit Plug-IN/OUT Charges of Laden Containers PTI Charges Note: 1. Services of Plug-in/Plug-out include only plugging/unplugging, power supply & monitoring of Temperature 2. PTI services would include placement of container to reefer point, power Supply & re-stacking of container 3. No Maintenance will be performed on malfunctioning reefer containers

5 NOTES 1. Tariff for any other services will be quoted on case to case basis. 2. Container & Cargo Storage are reckoned on per day basis. 3. Cargo Storage charges are reckoned from the date of carting or de-stuffing to the date of stuffing loading, both days inclusive. 4. Cargo requiring any special services, dunnage, lashing materials or additional equipments for handling will be charged to the account of cargo. 5. Shipping Line/CHA will be required to pay customs overtime, if any required for work done at CFS. 6. All Cheques/DD to be drawn in favour of " Seabird Marine Services Pvt.Ltd." Payable at Gandhidham. 7. PD Account system is available for clients for ease transactions. 8. It is presumed that all consignments (Import / Export) being received at CFS are adequately insured against all possible risk during transportation and storage and the Company (Seabird) assumes No Liability in this respect. 9. Levies / Penalties imposed to by Government, Judicial, Quasi Judicial authorities will be recovered from concern Party. 10. Prior to Movement of Export Container or Delivery of Import Cargo, All CFS dues should be paid. 11. Service Tax and other Government levies shall be applicable at the prevailing rates at the time of billing. 12. Movement request for export container should be given 24 hours prior to port gate cut off. 13. Govt.approved waste handling facility including transportation to such facility shall be borne by the customer (Shipper / Importer) HAZ cargo declaration with all details may please by provided for safe handling, Stacking & Segregation. 14. Norms compliances CFS reserves the right for allowing or rejecting specific HAZ commodities in the Presmises. 15. For container more than 40' wherever not mentioned will be 1.5 times per FEU 16. Weighing of Import Laden container is mandatory as per the letter of the Assistant Commissioner (DP), CH: MP& SEZ, Mundra letter reference F No. S/DP-08/MPSEZ/2009 dated 2 nd July For export loaded containers, movement request submitted within 24 hours of vessel gate cut off of the port will be subject to SSR to be borne by the CHA/Shipper/Client. 18. Seabird CFS shall be not be hold liable for any loss/damage/shortage/mositure Loss after the sealed containers have left the premises. 19. In order to discourage malpractice, a dishonoured cheque will invite an exemplary penalty of 2000/- 20. For Cargo brought in CFS in bags for bulking, CFS is not liable for any loss or damage to the bags or cargo and the CFS reserves the right to dispose off any left out bags/cargo after 7 days of export stuffing or cargo gate in, whichever period is less, without any prior notice to the CHA/Shipper. 21. For Payment by Cheque, prior approval has to be obtained from the finance department of CFS between 10:00 to 18:00 hours on any working day. 22. Outstation Cheques would be accepted subject to collection of Bank Charges and movements would be affected only upon clearance of Cheques.
