2 SECTION 1 NOTICE INVITING TENDER 1.1 GENERAL Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd. invites sealed tenders from the eligible applicants who fulfill minimum eligibility criteria as stipulated in Clause 2.0 of ITT for the work of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of VRV/VRF type HVAC System for the office of CPM-5 at Dhaula Kuan Metro Station of Airport Express Line, New Delhi The details of the Tender are as per following: Approximate cost of work Rs. 55 Lacs Tender Security amount Rs.1,10,000/- Completion period of the Work 6 (six) Weeks Tender documents on sale From 06/03/2012 to 12/03/2012 (between 10:00 Hrs to 17:30 Hrs) on working days Cost of Tender documents Rs. 5,250/- (inclusive of 5% DVAT) Last date of Seeking Clarification 14/03/2012 Pre-bid Meeting 16/03/2012 at 11:00 Hrs. Payment shall be made by demand draft drawn in favour of DMRC Ltd. payable at New Delhi. 1.2 POINTS TO BE NOTED Works envisaged under this contract are required to be executed in all respects up to the period of completion mentioned above Minimum Eligibility Criteria would be applicable as per Clause 2.0 ITT Tender document consists of the following: a. Tender Drawings The tenderers may obtain further information in respect of these tender documents from the office of Chief General Manager/UG, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, Near Malviya Nagar Metro Station, Press Enclave Road, New Delhi , Telefax Tenderer is cautioned that the tender containing any material deviation from the tender document as given in Clause above is liable to be summarily rejected as non-responsive DMRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reasons. No tenderer shall have any cause of action or claim against the DMRC for rejection of his proposal. 4 SECTION 2 SCOPE OF WORK The contractor will execute the work i.e. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of VRV/VRF type HVAC System for the office of CPM-5 at Dhaula Kuan Metro Station of Airport Express Line, New Delhi. 2.0 The schedule of work includes the following: 2.1 The scope of work comprises of Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRV/VRF type HVAC System for the office of CPM-5 at Dhaula Kuan Metro Station of Airport Express Line, New Delhi and its maintenance during DLP in accordance with the requirements of technical specifications, drawings, bill of quantities and tender conditions. 2.2 Execute all incidental work at site including all material supply at site required in the technical specifications. Drain and refrigerant piping work with insulation, control wiring from outdoor units to indoor units, VRV/VRF control panel etc., and erection at site for all manufactured items at works and also items fabricated at site. 2.3 Routine testing, pressure testing of refrigerant and drain piping, commissioning of complete A.C. system at site. 2.4 Performance testing at works of various equipment manufactured at works, if required. 2.5 Performance testing of complete HVAC system as per various technical requirements at site. 2.6 Work is to be carried out in operational office complex. 2.7 All interface with Civil contractor and DAMEL has to be done by the contractor. 2.8 DMRC is an ISO & OHSAS certified Organization for Environment, Health & safety. The work is to be carried out as per International Norms/Standards and in such a manner that all premises always look Neat & Clean. Similarly, the waste disposal is also carried out in totally sealed manner without affecting the Environment.

5 SECTION 3 TENDER PRICES AND SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT 3.1 Tender Prices a. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Tender Documents, the contractor shall be responsible for the whole works, based on technical specifications, scope of work and Bill of Quantities and payment shall be as per accepted rates based on the activities carried out as in the Schedule of work. b. The rate quoted by the tenderer shall be inclusive of all duties, taxes, fees, octroi and other levies, materials, labour to & for transportation of material and labour charges etc. All other incidental charges required to fulfill the tender conditions including statutory deductions viz TDS towards income tax/works contract tax etc Schedule of Payment Payment shall be made by running bills as per the table given below: S.No. Item Payment Payment Payment after Payment after Description after after successful Testing Issue of Taking material Erection and Over Certificate being Commissioning brought to site 1.
