2 About company: The Belomortrans group of companies is a group of forwarding companies, which history began in 1991 with establishing Close Joint-Stock Company Belomortrans in Arkhangelsk in partnership with North railway, Northern Shipping Company and Arkhangelsk commercial seaport. At the moment there are more than 20 companies in the group, all of them have been working successfully on Russian market of international and inland transportation for more than 22 years. During that period there has been formed a unique staff of qualified specialists; and amassed wealth of experience, that helps to provide a wide range of services.

During the last years our group has been actively involved in transportation support of oiland-gas companies, which are working on the territories of continental coast and the shelf area of the Russian Arctic Region.

6 We offer Sea and river transportation Container transportation Our experience with export and import cargoes, as well as a partnership with the world's largest container carriers such as CMA CGM, Maersk, MSC, APL and others allows us to carry out maritime transport at level of world standards. Container shipment is a modern, economic way of cargo transportation that is used in international traffic. We deliver cargo in containers by door-todoor scheme. We will deliver your export cargo to any point of the world, and import cargo to the port of RF or the place of destination you need in accordance with your instructions. Transit time of cargo voyage from the main ports of Europe (Antwerp, Hamburg) to Moscow through the port of Arkhangelsk is days. Transit cargo execution at the port of Arkhangelsk is about 2 days, customs clearance 3 days. Experience of our personnel makes us possible to declare goods of all the groups of foreign-economic activity stock list: products, equipment, production of timber and chemical industry, consumer goods etc. Execution of customs documents for your cargo will be made in compliance with the legislation. 9 Delivery of chemicals JSC Belomortrans has extensive knowledge in transportation of chemical products both in dry and in tank-containers. The above is a combination of experience at Sea, Road and Railways transportation, warehouse operations, support of foreign trade activity of chemical Producers and Traders. Sea transportation: Shipping possibilities are based on long terms co-operation with Global Container Carriers under service contracts. We can work with any of them, however make a careful choice of shipping line bearing in mind details of each delivery to optimize the expenses both ends. In few words the Company makes upgrade the service of Global container carriers to have it more friendlily for Merchants and Producers, who are involved in chemical trade. Road transportation: We operate with fleet of ADR fitted trucks. Drivers have due experience in transportation of hazardous products both in dry and tank-containers. The transport is done with due and constant diligence of drivers and office staff. Railways transportation: The Company can arrange inland transportation with Russian railways both in containers and in break bulk. Warehousing: The Company offers stuffing and storage possibilities for chemical cargoes in St Petersburg. In dependence on further details the storage and handling is possible either in Port Terminals or in City Terminals / CFS St Petersburg. Facilities for hazardous goods are to be agreed in advance cases by case basis.

10 Delivery of chemicals IMO Declaration / ADR formalities: The Company can arrange proper Dangerous Goods Declarations which are essential for hazardous goods subject to transportation by Sea via Russian ports. In accordance with Russian Law DGD can be issued by Authorities subject to presentation of preliminary documents, like SMDS and Certificate of Tare, as per standard procedure. DGD cannot be issued by Producer and/or Trader. On request of Customers the Company pay due care to prepare DGD and labels, as well as can help to issue of SMDS. Co-operation and Regional partners: Belomortrans works in close co-operation with regional sub-contractors / Partners. Severnye Vorota - SV is one of regionals sub-contractors of Belomortrans. This Company is located at St Petersburg. SV was an Agent for Hoyer-Group Hamburg (one of biggest tank-container operators in the World) since 1999 until 2012, when Hoyer founded a Subsidiary office in Russia. According to Agency Agreement SV could not work for Hoyer s competitors within 3 years, however they supported Hoyer s activity as independent forwarder. For the time being the Company represents TWS Tankcontainer- Leasing GmbH & Co. KG. They have know how to work with liquid chemical cargoes in supply chain of such Producers as Procter & Gamble, Kronospan, Henkel, Dow, Arkema, Cognis and many others. The co-operation Belomortrans and SV in transportation of chemical cargoes permit to offer better terms and conditions for Customers.
