It s quick, clean, safe, cheap and colour-coded. Rapid trains between cities offer an excellent transport service with multi-day passes available at very reasonable prices. Road rules. Driving is on the right hand side of the road so be careful crossing streets. Main roads are multiple lanes wide with either pedestrian crossings or underground crossings for pedestrians. DO NOT jaywalk. Crossing large roads against the crossing instructions is frowned upon and attracts a heavy fine. Underground crossings generally feature shopping alleys and may also be entrances to the subway so are much more entertaining than dicing with the traffic. ATMs and Credit Cards. Most foreign cards (VISA/PLUS, MASTERCARD/CIRRUS, DINERS, AMEX) are accepted 24 hours a day with ATMs found in all major districts. Most restaurants, hotels and shops accept credit cards. You may not be able to use credit cards at small businesses, markets or in rural areas. Incheon airport is the international gateway to. The airport is approximately 1 hour 20 mins from Downtown Seoul, depending on the traffic conditions. While a direct subway connection into Seoul is planned, it has yet to be completed. Airport Limousine coaches service Seoul and depart regularly along with taxis and private transfer arrangements. The domestic airport is Gimpo Airport and is a 30 minutes transfer by coach. Frequent subway connections are also available. AirGarden Hotel is situated airside at Incheon International Airport. Clients staying at this hotel do not go through Customs or Immigration on arrival and do not have access to their checked luggage. Hyatt Air Garden Hotels around Incheon Airport are either adjacent to the airport or a short 10 minute transfer away at Airport NewTown. The majority of airport hotels include an airport transfer service. Tours from the airport. For those visitors wishing to see a little of while transiting or staying overnight, there are tours which depart from the airport. 1 to 4 hour tours around Incheon and for those with a little more time, 5 to 6 hours tours into Seoul and the 7 hour tour to the DMZ. Accompanied by a guide, meals not included. Enjoy a walk on the beach and enjoy the scenery on the way to the, Yonggungsa temple. Hubherb Located 10 minutes from the international terminal at Incheon. A free transfer is available. When used in conjunction with the rail system, all areas of are accessible quickly and cheaply. The intercity buses offer very comfortable seating with plenty of room and run frequently. The DIY Seoul Card uses a pre-loaded transit card, valid on buses and the subway throughout Seoul. Deposits and final payments: A deposit of 20% per person is payable on confirmation. Final payments are to reach Fathom Asia no later than 45 days prior to departure. If for any reason your balance payment is not received by us by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to apply the appropriate cancellation charges. Cancellations: Are subject to a charge to cover the estimated costs and the scale of charges, per person, in the event of cancellation or failure to travel without formal cancellation, is as follows: Land arrangements: Cancellations prior to 14 days before departure. 20% Cancellations within 14 days of departure. 20% plus any charges levied by hotels and ground operators up to 100% of the cost of land arrangements. Air arrangements: Cancellations within 14 days of departure. 25% of the airfare or any other amount as required by Airline Tariff.
