He has built his 16 years career on Real Estate and Retailing. He worked in McDonald s Real-Estate division. He was key in the transformation of the business, assuming a leading role in the restructuring of the London branch and establishing the Overseas Mortgages Department. Previously, he worked in credit and treasury, managing credit and trade finance client accounts, as well as working in credit and sales in London and in Turkey. Özgür has an MSc in Finance from London Business School and a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from Bogazici University. Özgür is currently pursuing his CIMA qualification. In 1996 he was assigned as General Manager of MESA Construction, a well known construction company in Turkey and abroad. In 1997 he became the Board Member and General Manager of Tepe Construction, another very well construction company. With 13 years of experience in the banking sector, Cenk Arson (39), who was previously Head of Structured Finance at AKBANK, the biggest provider of project finance in Turkey, has taken over the management of the representative office of Eurohypo. He is tasked with establishing Eurohypo in the Turkish market and quickly developing a sizeable portfolio.cenk Arson holds an MBA (Warwick) and CFA certificate and is fluent in English. Eurohypo Turkey s focus will be on shopping centres and hotels for business travellers as well as office space and logistics properties, representing the typical Eurohypo target portfolio when entering the new markets.
