Advantages of stone ground whole meal flour: Stone ground whole meal flour is very healthy and nutritious and has the best flavor and taste. When grinding grain on stone mills you also grind the germ, which contains large quantities of nutrition, e.g. fat, protein, vitamins and amino acids. The bran contains lots of fibers.
