1 City Tax Information Whilst most taxes are generally included in our room rates, there are a few exceptions to this rule, as mentioned in our terms and conditions. These exceptions are detailed below. We are unable to include these taxes in our rates and all passengers must pay these locally directly to the hotel. The information provided below is for guidance only. Bremen, Germany From 1st April 2012, the cities of Bremen and Bremerhaven in Germany are introducing a new city tax. This tax is levied on all visitors depending on the type of accommodation chosen. This measure was approved by the Bremen City Council in an effort to generate additional revenue for the PER PERSON PER NIGHT for stays in 5 and 4 star hotels PER PERSON PER NIGHT for stays in 3, 2 and 1 star hotels Children under 18 years of age will be exempt from paying this tax. is also payable even if the accommodation was booked and paid for before 1 April Ancona, Italy From 1st July 2011, the city of Ancona is introducing a new city tax. This tax is levied on all visitors. Please note: This tax is to be paid by the PASSENGER directly at the hotel before the end of the stay. Stays until 31/12/11: Bookings made prior to 12/09/11 will be exempt from paying this tax. Stays from 01/01/12: The tax is also payable even if the accommodation was booked and paid for before 12/09/11.

4 Cinque Terre, Italy From 1st March 2012, the city of La Spezia in Italy is introducing a new city tax. This tax is levied on all visitors depending on the type of accommodation chosen. This tax is levied on all visitors depending on the type of accommodation chosen, with the exception of hostels. This measure was approved by the Stresa and Baveno City Councils in an effort to generate additional revenue for the improvement of services and infrastructure offered to the tourists. This tax is levied on all visitors depending on the type of accommodation chosen. This measure was approved by the Montecatini Terme City Council in an effort to generate additional revenue for the improvement of services and infrastructure offered to the tourists. This tax is levied on all visitors depending on the type of accommodation chosen.
