1 SENIOR SCHOOL UNIFORM Our school uniform suppliers are SWOTS in Reigate and all uniform items listed in the Uniform List and marked with an asterisk are only available from SWOTS and must be purchased through them. A smart appearance is expected at all times whilst representing the School. We are proud of our uniform and, whilst it is worn, we expect our students to promote the School in a positive manner. We have a Student Rule book and each student receives a copy of this in September. They must keep this Rule book with them in School. A copy of this book is included in this entry pack and has details of the rules which relate to the uniform and expectations regarding students appearance. We would draw parents attention in particular to the following points with regard to uniform: The uniform requirements, including those for shoes, must be rigorously adhered to All items of uniform, including shoes, are compulsory unless stated otherwise Every article must be clearly marked with the student s name We also strongly recommend that the student s initials are embroidered on the outside of games shorts/shirts for quick identification and security THE SCHOOL CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PROPERTY SWOTS are based at 24 Church Street, Reigate, Surrey RH2 0AN and may be contacted on They also have an online ordering service. SENIOR SCHOOL SECOND-HAND UNIFORM SHOP We have a Second-hand Uniform Shop operating in Le Clerc House in the Senior School which is open between pm, generally on alternate Friday s during term time. Parents are ed with dates and reminders on a regular basis. In addition, the Shop will be open on the Senior School Induction Days (Year 7 on 2 July and Year 9 on 23 June) between 2 4pm. We would ask new parents who are planning on purchasing several items from the Secondhand Shop to the ladies who kindly volunteer to run our second-hand uniform shop on shop@lingfieldnd.co.uk to make an individual appointment, as fittings can take some time.
