(2012) Scope of Work Contractors shall provide all manners for supply, manufacture, inspec9on, delivery to site, offloading, construc9on, erec9on, commissioning, in order to the single sole responsibility of this project. The works will include: - Demolishing exis9ng facili9es where the new facili9es will be placed - Detail engineering design for all related facili9es (both main facili9es and suppor9ng facili9es - Design and construc9on of civil work such as piling, founda9on, steel structure fabrica9on & erec9on work, process main building, sewer and drainage - Procurement, fabrica9on and erec9on of mechanical equipment - Procurement, fabrica9on and erec9on of fire figh9ng system at new facili9es, including 9e in work - Procurement, fabrica9on and erec9on of piping system, including 9e in at exis9ng facili9es - Procurement, fabrica9on and erec9on of instrumenta9on system - Procurement, fabrica9on and erec9on of electrical system, including ligh9ng and power source 9e in - Test and Commissioning B. Project Management ConsulHng Of Carbon Riser Plant ConstrucHon at Cilegon, Banten Manunggal Indo Carbon, PT (2012) Scope of Work In prepara9on for the implementa9on phase of the work, the consultant implement the work stages as follows: a. Providing the necessary personnel in the execu9on of the work, as required. b. To review the scope of work that has been and will be implemented within the project. c. To review the organiza9onal structure of the project and to improvise as deemed necessary for the smooth project d. Develop overall project cost alloca9on

Learn and make detailing work execu9on schedule based on the schedule of the primary (master schedule) which has been prepared by the Client Conduct a review and improvisa9on needed to plan package procurement jobs Preparing monitoring plan execu9on of work, such as repor9ng progress work plan, monitoring plan project implementa9on schedule During the implementa9on phase of the project, client consultant together will exercise supervision and coordina9on of project implementa9on with the following steps: a. Coordina9ng all ac9vi9es during the implementa9on of the project work, both internally within the project organiza9on, and externally with the subcontractor or supplier jobs and equipment. b. Perform management and control over things on the scope of work changes, especially the things that affect the budget. c. Perform management and control over the execu9on of the work schedule. d. Manage the ac9vi9es of test and inspec9on plan for the provision of equipment and the results of work performed by vendors and subcontractors. e. Prepare monthly reports containing the status of the work as a whole over the period of the project implementa9on period. Repor9ng Phase Final, Consultant will carry out the project close- out report, in order to obtain documents and project data are urgently needed on the opera9onal life9me of the project and the purpose of the next, the things that need to be implemented at this stage include: a. Receive, analyze and recommend the work progress reports (progress report) of the subcontractor to be approved by the Client. b. Receive, study and recommend a final report (final report) execu9on of the work of the subcontractor for approval of the Client. c. Prepare final report of the project to the client, including the en9re archive document used during the work in progress.

Pre- ConstrucHon Phase 1.1 Review engineering design documenta9on 1.2 Establishing master construc9on schedule 1.3 Prepare tender documents at site (regarding the construc9on methodology, drawing, technical specifica9on & bill of quan9ty) 1.4 Arrange Pre- construc9on mee9ng between contractor, owner & construc9on management 1.5 During tender phase at Jakarta office: - Evaluate contractor tender quota9on on cost & technical related construc9on aspect. - Accompany the owner together with Design Consultant during technical clarifica9on mee9ng with contractor 1.6 Make Construc9on Quality Plan 2.
