Forklift Facilities & Help Unloading Most of our sites have forklift facilities and trained operators to help you unload large deliveries. In your absence, our staff can also unload deliveries directly into your unit on your behalf. We are happy to lend a hand wherever possible, however it's best to let us know in advance. Dedicated Account Manager If you have storage units or working spaces at more than one site, we will provide you with an Account Manager so you have one point of contact.
