2 Table of Contents Sign On & Select Facility Marketing Create and Send a New Campaign Campaign Reporting
3 Sign On & Select Facility Navigate to manage.golfnowcentral.com Log-in using your normal GolfNow Central credentials Forgot your password? Click the Forgot your password link above the sign in button Enter your username and click Send me reset instructions Check your for instructions on how to reset your password
4 Sign On & Select Facility If you have access to more than one facility, you can switch into the correct facility by clicking on the facility name in the upper left hand corner of the screen
5 In the upper right hand corner of your screen, click on the menu button and choose Marketing from the list Click View under the Campaigns heading to begin creating your marketing campaign
6 Click Create a New Campaign to start a new campaign
7 Step One Give your campaign a name. This is for internal use only. Step Two Your will be sent to the entire database. If needed, you can target your to specific members of your database through the use of tags. Tags can be created through an request to your Market Sales Manager Step Three Click Next step: At any point in the process you can delete or save your campaign.
8 Step Four Input a From Name. This is the friendly from that recipients will see in their inbox. Step Five From Address can be customized to any desired. This can be different from the reply you set up in Course Settings. Step Six Create a subject line for your and put it in the Subject space provided ** Leave Would you like to send as part of this campaign as defaulted to yes unless you are only sending a text or social media campaign.
9 Step Seven Choose from 14 templates. Once selected you can edit as necessary. *All templates have the option of including tee times or a book online button.
10 Step Eight Choose to include tee times or a book now button in your campaign. If you do not want tee times/book now in your , click Yes to hide. Visit the Rates Management page to control what inventory will appear in your . with Book Now and Tee Times included. without Book Now and Tee Times included.
11 Step Nine Customize your Any area outlined in red can be edited. Once you click on a section the editing tool above will change based upon the capability of that section. Some sections you may be able to change or add images.
12 Step Nine Cont. Continue customizing any sections outlined in red Step Ten Send yourself a test message to ensure your campaign is set up to satisfaction. Step Eleven When you are happy with your campaign, click Next step: Social Media
13 Step Twelve If desired, you can add a text campaign. Defaults to No change to Yes if you want to send a text campaign. Write your message in the space provided. Step Thirteen When you are done, click Next step: Social Media
14 Step Fourteen If you have connected your golf courses social media pages (Facebook and Twitter) then you have the option of setting a message that corresponds with your . This can be done under the Management tab. Switch between the facebook and twitter tab to set up each Turn On if you want to include a social media message Write your message in the space provided (text only). Step Fifteen Click Next step: Schedule & Review
15 Step Sixteen Review the information on the page and then schedule your and/or social media campaign. Choose to send the message immediately or schedule the message for the future. Final Step Click Send the campaign NOW
16 After you have scheduled your campaign you will be brought back to the main Campaign Management page. You will see your campaign add to the list of Drafts & Scheduled. From here you can do the following: Edit your campaign this will automatically unschedule your campaign. You will need to reschedule when you are finished making edits. Unschedule your campaign If you no longer want the to be sent out simply unschedule. It will remain as a draft for future use. Delete the campaign this will be used mainly for drafts. If you delete a draft or campaign it is moved to the Deleted tab where you can recover it within 30 days.
17 Marketing Campaign Reporting Once your campaign has been sent out you can access reporting on how it performed under the Sent tab Click Copy this campaign to use the exact same campaign again Click View analytics to access reporting on campaign performance
18 Marketing Campaign Reporting See geographically where the most opens and clicks are located. View ranked opens and clicks for the top clients and operating systems.
