3 Posting Jobs on Your Website Posting Job Orders Page 2 Posting Jobs Orders NOTE: Website Integration is required for this feature. To order Website Integration, contact your account representative at by phoning Go inside the Job Order Module by clicking on Job Orders from the Modules Section located at the bottom left corner of the screen. 2. Locate the job order that you would like to post on your website. Click on the Job Order Title to open the job order summary page. 3. Click on the Job Board drop down from the top menu bar and select Web Int / Social Media.
4 Posting Job Orders Page 3 4. Place a check mark on the check box beside Web Integration as well as in the fields you would like to activate for your job posting. Did you know? The Brief Description field only works in conjunction with Facebook Integration.
5 Posting Job Orders Page 4 5. To preview the information you have selected to post click the View button. When you have finished reviewing the posting, you may close the window and make any necessary changes and re-view. Select the Save button to post the job to your corporate careers page. 6. Your job order is now posting to your careers page. You may review the details of the job posting either by selecting the Job Boards tab, or by selecting Posting Details from the default section of your job order record.
6 Posting Job Orders Page 5 Modifying Job posting on Web Integration 1. To make modifications to a Job currently posting to your careers page simply click on the Posting Details hyper link found in the Default table on the Job Order Summary Page. Alternatively, you may return to the Job Boards drop down menu to manage the posting details as well. 2. This will launch the Job Posting Confirmation Window where you can make the necessary changes to your posting by either adding fields, modifying information within already displaying fields, or removing fields which had previously been included in the posting. Click on the Save button when finished, and the changes will update on your website.
7 Posting Job Orders Page 6 Removing Job Posting from Website 1. While Job Orders will automatically remove themselves from your careers page when all available placements have been made, or when the Web Expiry Date passes, you can also manually remove Jobs by clicking on the Posting Details button on the Job Order s default table, or by selecting Web Int / Social Media from the Job Board drop down menu. 2. Next, remove the Web Integration check mark and click the Save button. UNCHECK THE WEB INTEGRATON CHECK BOX
8 Posting Job Orders Page 7 3. The Job order is no longer posting to your careers page and the Posting Details has been removed. NOTICE THAT THE POSTING DETAILS NO LONGER APPEARS. Posting Jobs to Twitter 1. Click on the Job Boards drop down menu and select Web Int / Social Media to manage your job posting. 2. Use the available fields to configure the information for your job posting, and then select the Tweet button to activate the tweet.
9 Posting Job Orders Page 8 3. A pop up window will display allowing you to sign into your Twitter account and post the tweet containing your posting link at the same time. You may modify the post within the character limitations set by Twitter. If you wish to post to this Twitter account primarily, select the Remember Me checkbox. If you are already logged into Twitter, you will simply have the post available and a Tweet button. Your twitter followers will have access to the link in your Tweet posting by using the Apply at: link, which will bring them to the corporate careers page on your company website. Enter your username and password and select Sign In and Tweet.
10 Posting Job Orders Page 9 4. You may Tweet as many times as you would like for any job posting by returning to the Web Integration tab of the Job Order record in CURA. Simply click on the Twitter button to prompt a new Tweet. 5. If you do not have Web Integration, OR if Web Integration is not selected, your tweets will not have a link to your website posting, however you may still submit the tweet.
11 Posting Job Orders Page 10 Posting Jobs to Facebook NOTE: Website Integration is required for this feature. To order Website Integration, contact your account representative at by phoning Navigate to the Job Order Module. 2. Select the Job Order for which you would like to make a posting.
12 Posting Job Orders Page Select Web Int / Social Media from the Job Boards drop down menu. 4. Select the Job Order items you wish to be included in your job posting using the checkboxes to the left of each field. Items left unselected will not be included on the posting. 5. Select the Post All checkbox to activate the posting on your corporate website and your corporate Facebook page, and then select the Save. Please Note: You must have Web Integration checked off as well in order to post to Facebook.
13 Posting Job Orders Page 12 Viewing Job Postings on Facebook Open a new page in your web browser and Login to your corporate Facebook account. 1. Select Open Positions. 2. The page will refresh to display your job posting(s). If you have any issues, please contact CURA Support at
14 Posting Job Orders Page 13 Removing Posts on your Facebook Corporate Page 1. Navigate to the Job Order Module. 2. Select the Job Order for which you would like to remove the posting.
15 Posting Job Orders Page Select Web Int / Social Media from the Job Boards drop down menu. 4. Deselect the Facebook checkbox to remove the post from your Corporate Facebook Page, then select Save.
16 Posting Job Orders Page 15 Posting to Facebook s Wall Please Note: This feature can only be used with a personal Facebook page. 5. Navigate to the Job Order Module. 6. Select the Job Order for which you would like to make a posting.
17 Posting Job Orders Page Select Web Int / Social Media from the Job Boards drop down menu. 8. Select the Facebook button to begin posting to your Wall. Please Note: Please be sure to be logged out of any Facebook account before proceeding. You must have Web Integration checked off as well in order to post to Facebook s Wall. 9. A new window will open, prompting you to sign into Facebook. Enter your username and password, and select Log In. Please remember to login using your personal account credentials.
18 Posting Job Orders Page Once you have successfully logged in, enter the details of your Wall post into the text field. 11. You can control who will have access to view this post by selecting the tools menu to the left of the Share button. You may configure this post to be viewable by the Public, by only Friends, by Friends except acquaintances, or you may make a custom selection. Alternatively, if your Friends list is divided into multiple lists, you may select one of these lists.
19 Posting Job Orders Page Once you have specified who will have access to view your Wall post, select Share. 13. In the next screen you will receive confirmation of the post whereby you may also opt to View the Wall post. If you do not wish to view your Wall post, select Close. 14. Selecting View will bring you to your Facebook Newsfeed. If you do not see your post there, due to your other Newsfeed content, select your name to navigate to your Wall.

21 Posting Job Orders Page 20 Removing Facebook Wall Posts 1. If you wish to remove the job post from your personal Wall, place your cursor over the top right corner of the post to activate the Edit/Delete option. 2. Select the icon to initiate your options. Select Delete to remove the post from your timeline, or select Hide from Timeline so that the post is simply hidden.
22 Posting Job Orders Page 21 Posting Jobs to LinkedIn Configuring your Browser for Posting to LinkedIn In order to post your job ads to Linked in, you will have to ensure the following browser credentials are completed first: 1. Select Internet Options from your web browser.
23 Posting Job Orders Page Within the Internet Options screen, select the Security tab. 3. Select Trusted Sites from within the security tab and then select the Sites button.
24 Posting Job Orders Page Next, add and to the trusted sites list, and then select Close. 5. Now that your settings are configured, close your browser and restart it to ensure your settings are implemented.
25 Posting Job Orders Page 24 Posting to LinkedIn 1. In the new browser window, navigate to the Job Order Module. 2. Select the Job Order for which you would like to make a posting.
26 Posting Job Orders Page Select Web Int / Social Media from the Job Boards drop down menu. 4. Select the LinkedIn Share button to begin posting to your LinkedIn account. 5. In the pop up window, enter your login credentials and select Sign In. 6. Select the Edit button near the top of the window.
27 Posting Job Orders Page Remove mindscope Staffing Software Application Form from the field and replace it with your own custom heading. When you are finished, select Preview. 8. Next, enter comments regarding your job posting.
28 Posting Job Orders Page Select whether the posting will be visible to Anyone, or your Contacts. 10. Once you have set your specifications, select Share.
29 Posting Job Orders Page The next window will confirm that you have successfully shared the link to your job posting. You may select Share link with others to replicate the step available if you selected the Send to Individuals checkbox on the previous screen. Select View link to view your job posting. 12. Selecting Share link with others will return you to the previous screen allowing you to select the Send to individuals checkbox, if you had not done so already.
30 Posting Job Orders Page Selecting View link will display your posting in a new window. 14. Once you are finished, close the posting page, and select Close this window from your LinkedIn screen.
31 Posting Job Orders Page To view your link on your LinkedIn account, open a new tab in your browser and go to Linkedin.com to login using your address and password. 16. Once logged in, navigate to your Profile. Your posting will be displayed below your personal details. The bolded text is a hyperlink to the job posting.
32 Posting Job Orders Page 31 Deleting LinkedIn Posts 1. To remove the post, place your cursor over the top right corner of the post to activate the delete button. Select it to delete your posting. 2. Select Yes, please delete it from the additional pop up screen to confirm the deletion of your post.
