1 Four Seasons Kyoto, Japan In collaboration with SHIMZ Villa Bardessono Napa, CA This 4,700 sq. ft. villa is designed to compliment the existing 62 room Bardessono hotel in Yountville, CA. With a focus on privacy, it is oriented around a series of courtyards, can function either a single suite or as three separate keys, has a private auto-court, two pools and access to a series of unique landscape courts. The Four Seasons Kyoto is a 186 key, four level hotel, in the center of the historic city of Kyoto. Organized around a 1000 year old Japanese pond and adjacent to the historic Myohon temple, the five star hotel offers 3 food and beverage outlets, meeting facilities, tea house, luxury oriented fitness and pampering facilities and prestige oriented wedding services. GMOC Beijing, China In collaboration with 5+ Design This 1,177,955 sq. m. Mixed-use development consists of: amusement, retail, residential, hotel, exhibition and office functions. Hyatt Virzag, India This 225 room, nine story business hotel, is part of a mixed-use development that also includes serviced apartments, spa and meeting functions. A future commercial development is planned as part of the site. The 35,000 sq. m. water park and the outdoor amusement park serve as central organizing features for this lifestyle development. ThaYang Hills Resort, Thailand In collaboration with AECOM & WATG Hyatt Jaipur, India Hyatt Regency Virzag, India This 250 room international four star hotel is both a business oriented hotel and an urban resort. A series of low-rise buildings of 3 levels are organized around exterior courtyards and gardens. Phase One of an 10,675 acre resort, the design includes: 3 golf courses, a tennis academy, 3 hotels, a village retail and amenity center and 1000 residential lots.

2 Hardrock Hotel, Okinawa Kisogawa Hotel, Japan A concept hotel and condominium for the Hardrock group, this 125 room family oriented hotel overlooks the harbor in Okinawa. Entertainment, a live hall for musical performances, a recording studio and themed seaside restaurant are provided. Oqyana Hotel Dubai, UAE The lobby and public spaces are located on the rooftop to provide 360 degree views of the sea. Situated in the shadow of the Inuyama Castle, this 45 room boutique hotel overlooks the Kenso River. There is a complimentary 13 villas designed around a Japanese garden. The architecture is designed to compliment the traditional imagery of the region while maintaining a modern character. Tehran Lelah Hotel, Iran Designed adjacent to Laleh Park, there are two towers for hotel, serviced apartments and office space with a crystal pavilion for meeting spaces and restaurants. Guests arrive to the 400 room hotel by private ferry to a floating Porte-cohere and are escorted to a double height glass pavilion for check-in. Ground floor guest rooms have swim-up terraces and private boat slips. Each guest room has a deep terrace as an outdoor oceanfront living room. The hotel totals 45,000 sq. m. with rooftop wellness center, spa and garden spaces. Oqyana Master Plan Dubai, UAE Kuwait Villas, Kuwait The 450 room hotel has reception and restaurants on the top of the building to enjoy 360 degree views. Oqyana represents 21 of the 300 island development called The World off the coast of Dubai. The project exceeds 800,000 sq. m. of residential, resort and commercial properties. A family compound in an Arab Modern style with 120 meters of beach front. There will be 4 private villas designed in a resort setting all focused around a central garden of pools and water features that lead to the sea. 10 additional family homes for future grandchildren, a large diwania for family events and a small seaside diwania for more intimate occasions are provided.

3 Qqyana Water Homes Dubai, UAE There are 73 clustered Water Homes of 400 sq. m. each with private entry, boat slip and floating pool. The villas float at sea level, rising and falling with the tide which allows for a constant connection to the waters edge. Each villa has a swim platform, infinity pool, outdoor living spaces and a second level roof terrace for capturing views. Oqyana Residences Dubai, UAE Located on it own island, there are three serviced apartment towers with pools, marinas and beaches. The units vary in 2-3 bedroom combinations which can be rented as smaller 1 and 2 bedroom guest rooms. The project totals 106,000 sq. m. EcoValley Dubai, UAE Qilin Hills Hotel Zhuzhou, China This 400 room, 47,000 sq. m. hotel is situated on a prominent hillside with riverfront overlooks. A 16 km. Master Plan designed to be a center for international alternative energy research where residents can live, work and play. Four Centers of Excellence on 9 sq. km of land each and 8 sq. km of preserved desert open space have been created. Penang Master Plan, Malaysia With 6 luxury villas and a 2,400 sq. m. Spa, adjacent to a 27 hole championship golf course, this hotel is designed for business travel, regional tourists and corporate retreats. InVironments Seattle, WA This affordable housing prototype promotes the notion of living big with a smaller footprint. Seri Tanjung Penang Master Plan includes 720 acres with three new islands. The development includes a new city center, hotels, golf, residential, entertainment, retail, office and civic functions. Three bedrooms, one car garage, 1.5 baths and totaling 1,200 sq. ft., these homes are to be built with SIP panels, heat recovery ventilation systems and solar hot water heaters. Each house is sited on 5,000 sq. ft. of land with a detached studio/workshop that backs upon community common area for recreation and gardening.

The Master Plan is designed to enhance the wellness of people, places and habitat. The SHMC is a 24 hour level 2 trauma center including full medical and surgical care. Located in the heart of Napa California, the Bardessono is a 62 room boutique hotel, spa and restaurant. With modern elegant design, advanced environmental technologies and natural materials, the hotel has earned a LEED Platinum rating and strives to be the greenest luxury hotel in America. Grand Hyatt KL, Malaysia in collaboration GDP Opening in 2012, the Grand Hyatt KL is a 40 story 357 key hotel with 38 service apartments, 18,000 sq. m. of office space. The building totals 102,974 sq. m. St. Marys Residence KL, Malaysia in collaboration with GDP This development consists of three 27 story residential towers. One tower will be serviced apartments the remaining two towers will be condominium residential geared towards young, upwardly mobile KL and expatriate demographic. A central park provides a resort like amenity and recreation center. The lobby and restaurants are situated on the upper two levels so guests may enjoy 360 degree views of KL and the surrounding environs. Ballroom and specialty F&B are located at grade. Palau Resort, Palau E&O Penang, Malaysia in collaboration with GDP Complete renovation of the heritage E&O hotel built in 1885, this 99 room hotel has been totally refurbished to satisfy the exacting standards of todays international traveler. Palau Resort is located on 40 acres of land and consists of 100 private villas, a 10 room water villa hotel, spa, two restaurants and an amenities lobby.

5 Lotte Moscow, Russia Mandarin Oriental KL, Malaysia in collaboration with GDP Adjacent to the Pertronas Twin Towers this 32 story hotel consists of 643 guest rooms, 51 executive apartments, a 2,000 person ballroom and a 1,500 sq. m. spa. The hotel has five restaurants, rooftop infinity edge pool and is oriented towards a 60 acre park. This nine story hotel is organized around three unique atrium s and consists of 345 guest rooms, 4,000 sq. m. of function space, indoor pool/spa facilities and five restaurants. Oak Valley This 3,900 acre Master Plan has 5 development zones, 3 golf courses, residential, timeshare, hotels, retail, ski resort, retirement center and corporate training facilities. E&O KL, Malaysia The Eastern & Oriental KL Hotel and Residences are located in the embassy district of KL. A signature 88 room boutique hotel with an additional 30 story apartment tower, the project captures sweeping views of the iconic Pertronas Towers and the central KL skyline. Straits Quay Marina Penang, Malaysia in collaboration with GDP Sofitel Taba, Egypt A lifestyle community built on reclaimed land in Penang harbor consisting of single family homes, townhouses, condominiums and a retail marina with hotel, timeshare and serviced apartments. Lotte Tokyo The architectural design of the hotel evokes memories of historic North African settlements with indigenous materials and forms in responding to the desert environment. Sitting on 40 acres, there are 350 keys, 100 serviced apartments and 18 villas. This large, mixed use complex consists of an indoor entertainment park, three hotels, indoor ski slope, jungle park and themed retail streets.
