1 Sound Yoga Presents Sound-Vibration Healing Process - Level I This course is primarily devoted to learning about the singing bowls and experiencing the method and about the sound and sound therapy and the basics of the SVHP technique for yourself, your family and friends. The class also covers things such as care and cleaning of the bowls, tools, and how to buy bowls. The Basic SHVP training includes information about personal use of the bowls for meditation and further techniques for using the bowls in a therapeutic session. In this workshop each student will have the first hands on training in using the bowls in a pre-described manner to provide a predictable outcome. The aim of this course is to convey the Sound Yoga Sound-Vibration Healing Process as a holistic method and to familiarize participants with basic principles of the Sound Yoga Sound-Vibration Healing Process. You will have the opportunity to experience the whole process on yourself, receive your first instructions in SVHP application and as a result you will be able to independently perform the SVHP for private use, Limited Professional use. Brief about Affects on Body & Benefits: The harmonic sounds immediately convey feelings of safety and security, and quickly state of deep relaxation is achieved. The subtle sound vibrations are felt physically, spread gently over the skin, tissue, organs, bones and body fluids throughout the body. Application possibilities, limitations and contraindications More Elaborate Details: Level 1 Sound Healing Workshop cost covers two days of intensive practice, under the supervision of the instructors. Course comes with a detailed Level 1 full colour manual. The SY950 is the foundation bowl, used throughout the SVHP training along with the SY1500 / SY2000 and SY800 & SY1000. The procedures in the workshop are limited to the 3-4 bowls at a time which keeps the method both simple and cost effective. Additional bowls are added to the procedure and are also available for purchase throughout the workshop. All bowls and tools used in the workshop area will be provided for use during the workshop Each day, the intensive program starts with a short sound meditation followed with an incredible balance of community, communications, learning, live demonstration and hands on practice. In addition, every day each student both receives and performs a SVHP procedure designed to help the student learn and be able to perform the basic SVHP procedure in any number of real world situations. Participants in the course are introduced to all of the modern variations of metal singing bowls in unprecedented number and variation, a limited number of antique Himalayan bowls, Tingsha chimes, hand chimes, and our exclusive line of Therapeutic grade singing bowls that are featured throughout the course.

3 Gongs and crystal bowls are touched upon and used during brief parts of practice, yet are not the focus of the course. The bowls featured in the workshop are the perfect partners to our highly trained practitioners. All hand hammered singing bowls have some therapeutic qualities to the sound. In order to reserve a space in any workshop, we require full payment or the minimum deposit amount of Rs.10000/- to reserve your space in the class. If you pay the minimum deposit then the balance is due before the scheduled course. We rely on an accurate attendance count to make important arrangements for our workshops. If an attendee needs to withdraw from a workshop, they must inform us in writing via no later than 15 days prior to the first day of the scheduled workshop. For any cancellations that are made less than 15 days prior the workshop, you will be charged a nonrefundable administrative fee of Rs for the 2 day level 1 course. A full refund or credit toward a future workshop will be made if cancelled 15 days or more prior to the class. Cancellation requests made between 7 and 15 days prior to the start of the workshop will be charged 50% of the original workshop fee.
