Would you like to enhance your patients or clients state of well-being? Reiki is the course for you Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of relaxation. It deals with affecting the energy of the human body to heal and relax. This course is designed for anyone looking to enhance their lives or the lives of others through the practice of energy healing. All participants will receive a certificate for each level of completion. This course will explore the following to enhance your life: 1. Explore the history of alternative healing. 2. Describe the body as an energy system. 3. Explore the 3 levels of Reiki. 4. Understand and perform various exercises to balance the energy system, including muscle testing, grounding and other relaxation techniques. 5. Explore how one s outlook in life affects neurology. Anyone who has ever come across the term or practice of aromatherapy has no doubt asked many questions about the efficacy of the treatment. This introductory course in aromatherapy will give you a history of aromatic plant usage, how this practice has changed for the modern era, what equipment and supplies are necessary to practice aromatherapy and some general ideas about what conditions and ailments aromatherapy is used to relieve. You will learn how to add aromatherapy to your menu of services that will enhance your client s experience. The course focuses on three main areas: relaxation/anxiety, skin blemishes and hydration.
