It s Mystic Mania again! This is a great fun and successful event that gets new prospects in the door along with treating our loyal Mystic customers. This summer s Mystic Mania falls on July 11 th and 12 th. This is a great time to market to those skin type 1 s who want a nice summer glow, those looking to kick start their summer tan, hard workers who rarely spend time in the sun as well as a chance to WOW our loyal customers. Everyone is invited to our popular $10 Mystic Mania, a national party to celebrate tanning and experience a Mystic HD Spray Tan for only $10. This offer must be purchased and redeemed the same day. Once again we will also offer anyone who visits our studios a Buy 1 Mystic Get 1 Free deal which can both be redeemed at a later date. This is an excellent way to drive new prospects into studios, but the key here is to ensure that each and every client that is tanned is properly prepped and educated by our staff on correct colour level, pre-tan tips, after tan maintenance, room tours, etc. so that they have the very best possible experience and results at Fabutan! Appointments should be booked ahead of time, and clients should be given a minute time slot to ensure they have lots of time to enjoy some treats, a Mystic room tour, and ask any questions before/after their session. Don t forget, an event like this is an excellent opportunity to up-sell add-ons like scents & enhancers, larger Mystic packages, and take home body and face sundries. STUDIO CONTEST - WIN A $100 RESTAURANT GIFT CERTIFICATE! We ve provided you with some marketing material and radio ads to help promote the event in advance. This sales contest will be based on studios who generate the most prospects in their province/region. This means your studio is responsible for making sure you are fully booked and driving new customers into your stores through local advertising initiatives! To get your list started, consider going to local businesses in your area, telling your loyal UV customers, using our marketing material to advertise via radio, mail drops and more. This gift certificate should be used for a nice team dinner to celebrate a job well done! Included are materials and how-to s for marketing this event as well as a refresher on everything available to you to. 3 BEDTALKERS There will be 8 bedtalkers sized 8.5 x 6.7 included in this package. These will be placed in each tanning bed as soon as you receive them. These are not date specific so they can be used at our next Mystic Mania event. These promote the event and detail the benefits of Spray Tan along with events of our Mystic party on the back side. Each pad includes 50 tear-away sheets detailing the Mystic before and after care when they book or arrive for their appointment. 7 STUDIO PREPARATION & DECORATING Promote this event! Have a huge party. If you re excited your customers will be too! STUDIO PREPARATIONS Decorate your studio with red & white - balloons, streamers, flowers, red Hawaiian leis to greet your clients with, go nuts! Do what you can to make the day feel special, and be great hosts/hostesses at your party! Have some treats (red & white cupcakes, anyone?!) and coffee or pop to offer clients Play some music or have some entertainment that day for your Mystic guests (how about a Mystic palm reader?) Set up a ballot box and entry forms (available at the Tanning Depot) for a Mystic sundries contest! Staff should wear their Mystic/Sunless T-shirts (available at the Tanning Depot) or a generic red shirt/clothing as well as the $10 MYSTIC ASK ME button (included) for the week leading up to the event. If you have a lobby DVD/TV screen, play your Mystic disc that came with your booth. THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE As always, the key to converting these prospects into returning clients is all about the incredible Mystic experience and results that these Mystic Mania customers will receive! Phone inquiries and/or appointments should include a run-down of pre-spray tan steps (ie: do not apply lotion beforehand, wear dark and loose fitting clothing to your appointment, etc.) Greet clients enthusiastically when they arrive with red/white necklaces, Hawaiian leis or red hair flowers! Mystic room tours for every single Mystic client. Walk through available add-ons, enhancers and sundries to ensure their experience and results are perfect. Everyone should leave with a Mystic After Care sheet. (contact the Tanning Depot to purchase). Everyone should leave with a Mystic Refer a Friend card to recommend a sunless tan at Fabutan to their friends and receive a discounted Mystic in exchange. (NAF item available from the Tanning Depot) Follow up with a phone call to your spray tan clients a day or two after their appointment to make sure they received flawless results and to hear about their experience, generate feedback, & remind them to Refer a Friend.
