5 Recent Outreach Events July 20th TOEP Webcast explored the following topics LNPA Transition Status NPAC User Registration Process NPAC User Testing TOEP Events The webcast recording can be found at the following link: (registration is required) Presentation materials, polling results, and other materials from the webcast can be found on napmllc.org under the LNPA Transition tab A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document has been posted on napmllc.org to address common questions about the transition A Public Questions list has also been posted on napmllc.org which addresses questions that have been authorized for publication 5

6 TOEP So Far 1110 unique participants across 7 webcasts Over 300 questions received from the webcasts and napmllc.org 6 in-person events have been held to engage with stakeholders 66 questions and answers published to the public questions list 47 questions and answers, spanning all aspects of the transition, available in the FAQ 12 polling questions asked and responses gathered 6

8 LNPA Transition Status The Master Service Agreement (MSA) between iconectiv and the NAPM LLC was executed on August 8, 2016 With the execution of the MSA, a number of dependent activities, such as data center construction, have commenced Correspondingly, the transition schedule and key milestone dates have updated Reflects the timeline and sequence of activities necessary for a successful transition Reflects work completed to date Activity and stakeholder interactions with iconectiv will increase 8
