1 MANDATORY TRAINING FOR ALL CONTRACTED STAFF (2013) ALL SERVICES All contracted staff are required to complete the following mandatory training: Moving & Handling This should be completed by staff members who have never done Moving & Handling training with This should be completed one year after the initial full day and then refreshed every year. Epilepsy This should be completed by staff members who have never done Epilepsy training with Food Hygiene This should be completed by staff members who have never done Food Hygiene training with Emergency First Aid This should be completed by staff members who have never done Emergency First Aid training with CALM Training New Employee: 3 Days (1 day theory and 2 days practical) Refresher: 2 days (practical) This should be completed 18 months after the initial 3 days and then refreshed every 18 months.
