3 Reception Services for Psychologists Virtual Briefcase Reception Services are ideal for busy psychologists who would benefit from the services of a receptionist without the costly overheads. From our National Support Centre we are equipped to handle all your new and existing client appointments, reschedules and cancellations. Our friendly and professional Client Relationship Team will answer the phone using your business name ensuring your brand remains front of mind. Importantly, our team are highly trained by psychologists and only handle calls exclusively for psychologists. Accordingly, we are very familiar with the often sensitive nature of client enquiries and respond with compassion and empathy. This includes managing crisis calls. We can manage all your client telephone enquiries from 8:30am 8:15pm (Monday to Friday) and from 9:00am 5:30pm on Saturdays. Features: All your telephone calls handled personally by a psychology-trained client relationship team. A comprehensive practice management solution that includes an electronic diary, client case notes, automated invoicing, letter writer and templates. A source of new client bookings (optional). Private and Corporate/EAP (optional) Fast and efficient Medicare online processing. Online help (peer supervision, file sharing, debriefing) that removes isolation and puts you in touch with like-minded professionals. All in one financial reporting (billing, BAS, expenses, wages, P&L, debtors and much more). 4 Pricing SET-UP FEE Vitrual Briefcase Reception Services $300 (or $150 for existing Virtual Briefcase users) COREPLUS DIARY Choose either Casual or Full Access: CASUAL $4.55 pw + 91c per hour logged-in FULL ACCESS $14.55 pw per user (unlimited) VIRTUAL BRIEFCASE RECEPTION SERVICES Option A: $100 per week for up to one cumulative hour of telephone reception services. Thereafter $25 per 15 minute increments. Option B: $200 per week for up to two cumulative hours of telephone reception services. Thereafter $20 per 15 minute increments. Cancellation fee $25.00 per user Note: Figures quoted exclude GST
