17 UCD Belfield Commuting Facilities Commuting facilities are the core plank in the current commuting framework as supported by the campus development plan. It is envisaged that the existing surface car parks (23acres) will be replaced with commuting facilities These facilities will not only address the reduction in car parking but improve facilities for all modes of commuter.
