4 MESSAGE FROM THE MANAGER When I arrived at Pittodrie a year ago one of my objectives was to provide a platform that would enable the people of the North East to fall back in love with their football club. and I hope the effort and endeavour demonstrated by your team this season has gone some way towards repaying the faith you have shown in the club over the years. 4 We all recognised a huge team effort would be required to make Aberdeen FC strong again, both on and off the pitch. Through hard work, a determination to perform well in every game, and a will to win, I believe we have gone some way towards achieving that aim, although there remains a great deal to be done. A successful club requires solid foundations and at any football club, the foundations are you, the supporter, who follows your team through thick and thin. We are all well aware of who we are representing at all times We appreciate and understand the expectations that surround this great club and we want to build on the success we have enjoyed this season, a success in which you played a huge part, to ensure Aberdeen FC remains a leading light within Scottish football. 5 LOYALTY SCHEME #donsfamily This season, we are delighted to introduce our new Loyalty Points Scheme. Loyalty points will be awarded based on advance ticket purchases and will be used to determine access to tickets for matches where there is high demand, such as Semi-Finals and Finals. 19 NOTES Season Ticket Holder seats in South Stand Sections S and T may not be available for all ticket matches. Alternative seats will be allocated on request, subject to availability. The term Under 12 refers to all those under 12 years of age on 9th August The term Under 18 refers to all those under 18 years of age on 9th August The term FTE refers to all those in full time education on 9th August Valid photo ID is required.
