2 1 Installation H.L Pump 1.1 High lift pumps: providing, installing and testing brand new one horizontal water pump sets (split case type, Electrical Motor, base plate, High quality flexible Coupling and Guard). The sets should be of Turkish Origin (like Standart, Mass or equivalent - if different, contractor shall submit technical speficiations and with catalogs of the pumps and will provide a supplier s pump efficiency curve for the pump, to ensure that the pumps installed are efficient and not simply matching the requested flow rate and head), approved by ICRC Engineer. Working details: Capacity: 300 m²/h, Head: 50 m Req. motor power:1500 RPM 400V, 50 HZ, IP 55 F CLASS,3PH Liqud: water, temperture: 20 C Material of construction: Suction, discharge casing: CAST IRON -GG 40 IMPELLER: BRONZE - G CUSN10 SHAFT: STAINLESS STEEL AISI 420 WEAR RING: BRONZE- G CUSN10 SHAFT SLEEVE: STAINLESS STEEL AISI 420 SEALING: Mechnical seal FLANGES of suitable size & shape for Suction Side PN 10 and for Discharge/Delivery Side PN 25. Work & Price include; concrete pump base and modification & convert the direction of the feeder pipes as on the site requierments. Price 1.2 Supplying and installing new brand cast iron check valve DN 6", PN 16, working temperature (-10 to + 110), handweel type, stem should be stainlesssteel, wedge should be ductile iron+rubber coated,casket EPDM- NBR (Ethylenepropene, Nitrile, Fluorine (Viton)), western orgin, type or best available in the local market, flange type, with all bolts and nuts. The work includes providing any fittings required or any pipe modification and paint all with Jotun paint. 1.3 Supplying and installing new brand cast iron gate valve DN 6" FLNGE VALVE, PN 16 for the suction and delivery side of the pumps, working temperature (-10 to + 110), handweel type, stem should be stainlesssteel, wedge should be ductile iron+rubber coated,casket EPDM- NBR (Ethylenepropene, Nitrile, Fluorine (Viton)), western orgin, type or best available in the local market, flange type, with all bolts and nuts. The work includes providing any fittings required or any pipe modification and paint all with Jotun paint. 2 Installation of New Collection Tank (EKOTANK) With Base 2.1 Providing materials, equipment, tools and labors for construction suitable reinforced base according to the site dimension of new tank at less 4 m high with all requirement works according to the drawing and ICRC engineer supervision, The work includes casting the area under the base, steel ladder for mantanace and fixing 0,75 m high steel hand-rail for surround of the base of the tank. 3 Price 2.2 Installing,equipments, testing and operating a new cylindrical storage water tank of minimum 28 Cu.M storage capacity (The tank supplied by ICRC). The tank should be installed in the location defined according to site requirments and instruction of the Engineer and manufactured from corrugated heavy duty hot dipped galvanized iron sheets (Galvalume) + powder coated of approved color and steel structure with dome roof truss cover (closed top) and coated/fitted internally by PVC coated PES textile Membrane, which consist from three layers (2 green PVC with Polyester weave) approved for the storage of drinking water. The tank should be of Western/Turkish origin (such as EKOTANK, APOLLO type) of Code No.EKAP005, KK3 of Dia m and height 3,23 m. All the materials used in the producing of this tank must certified and in compliance with Productivity and Standard Board (PSB) and Water Regulation Advisory Scheme (WRAS). The work includes install cover of the tank, transporting costs of the tank units from wearhouse to the location with all other accessories required works to complete the work properly under supervision of ICRC Engineer. 2.3 Fittings :- Providing and installing all required Fittings, Inlets, Outlets, Valves, Overflow, Ladders, Leaf and debris catchments filters, Sliding access hatch (Manhole), Magnesium/Sacrificial anodes to provide additional corrosion protection, Bottom scour cleaning outlet, Geotextile ground cover with dust and insect protection by installing super seal between the corrugated roof and the top edge of the tank, pipes of required size and diameters, fittings, accessories and all other requirements a to connect the new tanks with existing water supply system with testing & operation and all other requirement to complete the Provide required materials, equipments, tools and labors for constructing external fence around the existing operation/well rooms & water tanks in this village and others according to the 2.4 site requirements by using steel wire mesh (Galvanise steel wire mesh).with 4m main gate, with all other requirement to complete the 3 Electrical Works Supply and install twist power cable size 4 x 70 mm2, three 3.1 phases, with all other accessories requirement to complete the Provide required materials, equipments, tools and labors and 3.2 supply cables size 4 x 16 mm2, Turkish made, 3 phase, with all other requirement to complete the Provide required materials, equipments, tools and labors and supply, installing new circular electrical pole (9m) height, with 3.3 equivalent, including excavation of hole (0.75x0.75x01)m to make concrete cast (1:2:4)MIX. as to ICRC engineer instructions.all other requirement accessoreis to complete the Supply and install new Electrical transformer 100kva,11kv/380v,50Hz,Turkish made or best equivalent. The work includes supply necessary items for install channel bracket,insulators,cooper cable, by using crane, skilled technicians. All the work should be done according to the instructions of the related directorate of electricity and ICRC engineer. Supplying and installing electrical circular GI pole (11)m height equivalent in order to install the transformer, including excavation of hole (0.75x0.75x01)m to make concrete cast (1:2:4)MIX. as to ICRC engineer instructions. 4 Supplying and installing electrical net GI pole (11)m height equivalent in order to install the transformer, including excavation of hole (0.75x0.75x01)m to make concrete cast (1:2:4)MIX. as to ICRC engineer instructions. Supplying and installing MCCB 250A ABB type or Group Shnider or best equivalent to be installed inside waterproof board on the pole of the transformer, with bas bars and all accessories. NO. 2 Price 3.8 Supplying materials, laying & jointing Alum. conductor cable insulated ( Alum. wires) Turkish standard size (1 x 70 mm²) from Main national H.T power to the supplied transformer, the works includes jointing the cable on the supplied pole with coupling and insulators, according to ICRC engineer. Including: 1-main circuit breaker 100A. 2-contactors (3x80A). 3- thermal overload (45-60). 4-Power transformer 30kW, 3phase input & output (muti output 0.7, 0.9 to 1) phase failure sequence, push button, Digital multi meter, CT 100/5, automatic electrical fan cooler, cover all exposed interior material by isolator sheet, timers, testing, all the supplied items should be of type ABB original, work includes steel base construction with paint under the panel to protect it, all civil, electrical works required as to instructions of ICRC engineer Supplying materials and skilled technicians & supply, install new control panel Y-Δ 90 kw for the boosting pump with metal painted cabinet (160cmx60cmx40cmx2mm thick), delta star connection. Including: 1-main circuit breaker 400A. 2-contactors (3x250A). 3- thermal overload (95-110). phase failure sequence, push button, Digital multi meter, CT 400/5,automatic electrical fan cooler, cover all exposed interior material by isolator sheet, Basbar connection and testing, all the supplied items should be of type ABB original, work includes steel base construction with paint under the panel to protect it, all civil, electrical works required as to instructions of ICRC engineer. Providing materials, manpower and supply of power low tension cable size (3x50mm²+25mm²) in order to connect the pump between the M.D.B, control pump & the pump connection, standard brand to be measured by Vernier measurement tool, Turkish or best available made in the, terminals, bolts and all accessories required according to instructions of ICRC engineer. Supply and install M.C.C.B 400A, three phase, 400v, ABB original to be fixed inside the main distribution board, all connections material required, terminal, bas bar, gland, cables, etc. According to instructions of ICRC engineer. 4 Building Three Pump Houses of (4x3x2.8) m. Excavating for foundation (60 width x 90 deep) cm & back-filling 4.1 with clear and well compacted soil. Providing materials and casting (1:2:4) reinforcement concrete 4.2 for foundations in thickness of 30 cm over compacted 10cm layer of crushed stones. M.L. 10 M3 30 M3 9 4 / 5

5 Providing materials and building a wall of (40) cm thickness under DPC with solid concrete blocks (15x20x40) cm or stone & cement mortar (1:3). Providing materials and building a wall of (20) cm thickness over DPC with concrete blocks (20x20x40)cm & cement mortar (1:3). Providing materials and casting reinforced concrete for lintels, slabs, beams and columns using (1:2:4) ratio & according to the drawings. Supply materials and plaster with cement mortar (1:3), three layers (minimum of 20 mm thick). Use aluminum straight edge of 80 cm. Providing materials and casting reinforced concrete by BRC for floor and aprons using (1:2:4) ratio according to drawing. Provide and install manhole cover (1x1.5)m, primer and two coats of oil paint. Providing materials and painting the external and enternal walls (2 layers) by emulation painting. Providing materials & installing (2.8x1.5) m. steel door made of metal sheet (1 mm thick), primer & two layers of oil paint and latch lock as per drawings. Providing materials & installing (1.5x1.2) m. steel window including paiting & glass panes, according to the drawings. The material used in the installation should be brand new, using high tension plastic conduit in the electrical installation. The work includes also all necessary electrical management with electrical generator installation. a) Supplying, installing & testing 20 A circuit breaker single phase MK brand new. Fixing & connecting the main power supply with all other requirements inside board = 2 no. b) Supplying, installing & testing waterproof light brackets with steel protection 100 Watts, using wire size (2x1.5) mm2 single core through a plastic conduit with suitable operating switch = 4 no. c) Supplying, installing & testing fluorescent lamp 1x40 W using single core wire (2x1.5) mm2 inside plastic conduit with a suitable operating switch.=4 no. d) Supplying & installing switch plug 13 amp MK brand new using (3x2.5) mm2 wire single core through a plastic conduit including earth wire.= 3 no. 5 Chlorine System installation 5.1 Supply materials to Install, test and operate chlorine injection system (powder) of the required capacit 220 L/hr. with mixer 1 KW, PVC tank 1'000 L capacity, the price includes all pipe, mechanical & electrical connection, laying 2x2,5 mm2 electric cable (Strand black double cover in the trench 60 cm depth & 30 cm width) to connect the chlorine powder pump with electric source) The work includes all required equipment, base, fittings, pipes, gages and all other necessary works.
