10 Jesa Lynn PHOTOGRAPHY WHAT TO EXPECT If you choose to go with JLP we will get to know as much about you and your interests as we can. We will schedule a chat or a meeting based around your schedule over the next few days. You can visit us at our office or we can meet at your location. This meeting is more to determine that our personalities are a good fit! It s so important to mesh with your photographer and have great chemistry! Once we have you on our calendar for your wedding, we ll begin planning your engagement experience and/or bridal experience dates and locations. Getting married is such an exciting time in your life and these experiences are the perfect way not only to document it, but it allows us the opportunity to get to know each other even better. It s all about learning how we each work and get comfortable before your big wedding day.

11 DON T WORRY //// BE HAPPY //// Now, your big day is here! JLP will arrive and begin walking through the venue taking it all in and capturing every little piece that has been put into place. We will capture your wedding from when you start getting ready to your final exit. There will probably be tears during your first look...your vows...and maybe during the reception and we will be there for it all.. Once your images are ready, the process is much like your portrait sessions. We will post your teasers, upload the images to a private online gallery to share with your friends and family, and then contact you via to send you a link to your gallery. We will also get started working with you to design your album and any wall art you love! Our goal is to make your wedding planning experience more enjoyable and turn your moments into tangible memories that will last a lifetime!

12 T H E I M P O R T A N C E O F A N ENGAGEMENT EXPERIENCE W I T H Jesa Lynn PHOTOGRAPHY Engagement experiences are a great opportunity to celebrate this new chapter in your lives. Capturing this moment and freezing it in time is a milestone you do not want to miss out on for many reasons. It s great to practice before the wedding day! For me, I want the portrait process to be as synergistic as possible, and so having some time to work on posing together as well as get a feel for your taste before the big day is essential to the process. You learn to trust me. Trust is so essential to my relationships with my clients and when my clients see that I understand them, and that I know how to make them look fantastic in their photos, we can get down to the business of making great photos. It s just plain fun. Engagement photos are a great excuse to put aside the stressful parts of planning a wedding and just enjoy one another and have some fun together...and you get to use the photos for save-the-date cards, guest books and other pre-wedding items to make your special day even better.

13 Jesa Lynn PHOTOGRAPHY THE BRIDAL EXPERIENCE Bridal portrait experiences are a Southern tradition where the bride takes portraits (typically 1-2 months before the wedding) in her full wedding day attire hair, makeup, jewelry, veil, bouquet, and of course, the dress. Generally a large portrait from the session is displayed at the reception near the wedding cake. In many cases the large photo is given as a gift to the Mother of the Bride after the wedding, with smaller photos being given to the Groom and the Father of the Bride, as well. Not only is a bridal session one of the few times that a woman gets to get primped and polished and take gorgeous portraits of herself, but it s also a great trial run for the wedding day look. The majority of brides who shoot with us end up changing something about their wedding day look after the bridal session. Maybe they realized the dress was too big, or the shoes gave her blisters, or the eye makeup was too intense, or the hair kept falling in her eyes and annoying her, or the hydrangeas in the bouquet wilted and browned in the sun. Each time, the bride was able to make adjustments BEFORE the wedding day. After all, most brides do a trial run of hair and makeup anyway at least put that beauty to good use!

14 Jesa Lynn PHOTOGRAPHY THE BOUDOIR EXPERIENCE CELEBRATING YOU Boudoir photography is all about YOU and celebrating your inner and outer beauty. It is about showcasing the things that you LOVE about yourself, while carefully hiding those things that you might not like as much. All experiences are done in a location that you feel comfortable in, and are completely private- just you, me, and the camera. Obviously you can invite your friends along if you like and I always recommend you bring a bottle of wine or champaign so you can have a glass or two to make you relax. Boudoir portraits make a great gift for your significant other for a special occasion. Think birthdays, Christmas, Valentines Day, or a just to make you smile gift. What human being wouldn t love an album of beautiful photos of their number one lady? Getting married soon?
