19 Some developments National Platform on Charging Infrastructure > Launches (innovation) projects to bring down costs of public charging infrastructure Green deal on public charging infrastructure nearly signed (awaits EU approval) > Government financial contribution for public charging poles provided that municipality and market party contribute equally Exports of (PH)EVs: currently looking into it, are there other experiences? PHEV coalition to increase % electric kms > PHEV use is a concern > But it is improving (see next slide) > Revision of tax system (not yet clear, probably decreasing for PHEVs)

21 COP21: Opportunity to promote E-mobility In close cooperation with the French and Peruvian governments and the different global transport alliances, the Netherlands will coordinate the action agenda for low emission transport initiatives, towards and during the climate conference in Paris. Big opportunity to promote E-mobility Now we are gathering input from international E-mobility associations in order to prepare Paris program. Program during climate conference in Paris: Goals: > Transport day: arrival of all delegations > Transport thematic day: high level meeting, political declaration & side events > Exhibition - solutions COP: showcase commercial low emission solutions in transport > Gain political momentum & declaration > Demonstrate that E-mobility will be competitive in the short run > Significantly accelerate the implementation of E-mobility Contact: Joris.pinkster@minienm.nl
