Concession Awarded August 2014 Concession Signed October 23, 2014 Take over Day February 1, 2015 Existing operators continued until the takeover date No parallel hand overs or running of systems New Organizational structure with 62% New employees Intense training courses held HSE Terminal coordinators (4 were temp to start with) 11 Temp gate clerks (3 to be full time hired into SN) New Roles for transferred / experienced employees 25 Crane operators transferred from Port of Oslo; expanded tasks 8 Port of Oslo temps given full time employment Same contractors for use of Reach Stacker and Terminal Trucks New Equipment No hand over of old operators equipment; Port of OSLO responsible for STS and ORM RTG 8 Kalmar New RTG s on SJU 3 RS, 2 MTY handlers, 5 trucks, 4 new chassis 10

11 START UP FACTS Equipment What have we done so far? 8 New Kalmar RTG s (Port of Oslo take over March 1) Ancillary Startup Equipment lease agreements for 1 year; short term contracts to evaluate best equipment for Oslo. New tender out. Test site for NEW Kalmar Gloria Reach stacker, w/ fuel saving technology. 4 new engineered specifically for Oslo Chassis 11
