6 User Stories - Example Theme: New generation apps Epic (Requirement: Track field service): - As a field service agent, I want to know the customers who I have to service on a particular day Stories: - As a field service agent I want to view the list of customers to visit on a particular day so that I can plan my day. Acceptance Criteria: Log in as a field service agent. Depending on my availability and the service due date of customers view the customers I need to visit today. - As a field service agent I want to get directions to the customer location so I can pay a visit. Acceptance Criteria: From the list of customers assigned to me, click a record to display the directions. View the directions from my current location to the address of the customer. I should be able to change my current location and refresh the directions screen.
